Limes Restaurant Wine List At Limes Restaurant, we pride ourselves on working with local suppliers and our wine list has been carefully chosen with the help of a local independent wine merchant based in Lindfield and Hurstpierpoint. The wines are sourced mainly from small, family-owned vineyards who offer hand-crafted wines which express the “terroir” as well as regional characteristics and are true examples of their type. Please note all wines marked with ‘V’ are suitable for vegans.
