October 2016 to June 2018 Responsible for providing and coordinating street outreach, intensive case management for individuals with severe mental illness or co-occurring disorders, and advocacy for systems and policy change for this population. Supervises staff and interns and works with agency administrators on the management of two federal grants.

• Outreach Case Manager. March 2015 to October 2016 Conducted street outreach, maintained an intensive case load of individuals with severe mental illness or co-occurring disorders, and collaborated on systems change work including municipal court reform and efforts to combat city ordinances criminalizing visible poverty.

The Mental Health Association of Rhode Island, Pawtucket, Rhode Island • Case Manager. September 2012 to March 2015 Provided intensive case management to individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, both in residential settings and through outreach-based services.

• Shelter Coordinator. October 2010 to May 2011 Managed a 21-bed seasonal emergency shelter for street homeless men.

Sojourner House, Providence, Rhode Island • Safe House Coordinator. May 2011 to September 2012 Managed an 8-12 bed domestic violence shelter for adults and children. Provided case management to residents and coordinated and supervised overnight staff.
