On behalf of Australian Turf Club Directors and Management I am pleased to welcome you to Sydney to experience racing at one of our four ATC Racecourses. Owners are a highly valued contributor to Australian Turf Club and we thank you for your continued support of Sydney Racing. We particularly acknowledge your financial contribution to our great industry and we continually aim to provide the best possible customer experience during your raceday. To further enhance this experience I am pleased to introduce an ‘Owners Guide to attending Sydney Racing’. The aim of this guide is to provide key information for all Owners relating to their raceday experience. In addition there is detailed information for you and your guests about visiting and staying in Sydney in order to make the visit as entertaining as possible. Botany Bay Getting to the Races
ROYAL Royal Randwick is located on Alison Road in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and is approximately 6km from Sydney CBD and 8km from Sydney Airport. RANDWICK Royal Randwick is well serviced by public transport with a purpose built bus terminal and slipway located immediately outside the main racecourse entrance on Alison Road.
ROSEHILL Rosehill Gardens is situated approximately 20km to the west of Sydney in the geographical heart of the city. GARDENS Three of the city’s major vehicular arteries – Parramatta Road, Victoria Road and the M4 Motorway service Rosehill Gardens, while special race day trains run direct to the racecourse. Patrons can also travel by Ferry from Circular Quay to Parramatta and connect with a free bus service.
WARWICK Nestled on the banks of the Georges River, and bordered by Governor Macquarie Drive and the Hume Highway, Warwick Farm is situated 30 km south west from FARM the centre of Sydney. Warwick Farm is 2kms drive from Liverpool City Centre and with the M5 feeding onto Hume Highway is readily accessed by private or public transport. With complimentary car parking, and a train station located only minutes away, Warwick Farm is an ideal location to enjoy a midweek race with that glorious feel of getting way to the country.

If you are lucky enough to experience the thrill of victory, you are invited by an ATC representative to watch the race replay in the Winners Room and celebrate with finger food and beverages. A complimentary video of the race is given to the managing Owner.

PRESENTATION AREAS All winning owners of benchmark races at ATC tracks will receive a winning owners sash and a photo opportunity with their horse following correct weight. The managing owner will also receive a DVD which contains mounting yard preview, race replay and post race interviews and presentation.
ROYAL RANDWICK Winning owners of Group races will receive a trophy on the Owners Presentation Stage, located at the back of the Owners Enclosure at Royal Randwick.
