A Walk Points range 18-23

Starting from Ilkley we visit White Wells, Ilkley Crag and the Cow and Calf before following the to . We follow a track to the Millenium Way and then south to Horncliffe Well. We take the to the Twelve Apostles and then go west over point 402 to Whetstone Gate and point 393. From here, northwest to Windgate Nick. We follow the northern edge of the Moor to White Wells aned return to Ilkley via The Tarn. Distance: 24.9kms (15.5mls); Ascent: 670m (2,250ft); Walk Points: 20 B Plus Walk Points range 14-18

Leaving Ikley we go via Coppy Wood and High Austby Farm and head for the view point of Beamsley Beacon. Across moorland to Little Gate. Return to Ilkley via further moorland, Parks Lane and Middleton. Distance: 19.8kms (12.5mls); Ascent: 426m (1,400ft); Walk Points: 15.5 B Minus Walk Points range 11-14

From Ilkley we head onto Ilkely Moor via the Tarn and White Wells. We head west along the edge of the Moor, passing The Swastika Stone, with an optional detour up to High Crag. We then descend and cross fields, past Moorside and Gilderber Farm. We skirt Addingham, heading to its historic church, then follow the Dales Way, mostly along the banks of the Wharfe, to Ilkley. Distance: 16kms (10mls); Ascent: 425m (1,400ft); Walk Points: 12.5 C Walk Points range 7-11

We head up onto the Moor SW via The Tarn following the Backstone Beck to Rocky Valley, then the Pancake Stone, turning S at Green Crag. We trek across the moor to the Twelve Apostles Stone Circle for lunch, after which we head W across to Whetstone Gate passing the Trig (of course!) We then follow the track N along Keighley Road to Spicey Gill following the Millenium Way back to the coach. Distance: 12kms (7.5mls); Ascent: 356m (1,200ft); Walk Points: 10 D Walk Points range 5-7

Starting in Ilkley we head south on Dales Way to the Millenium Way. We turn west passing The Swastika Stone until we reach an old farm track to descend north to reach Crag House Farm, turning east on field paths via Netherwood Farm to reach and cross the A65. A short lane brings us to the and the Dales Way, back to Ilkley.
