CORK CITY COUNCIL REVIEW OF CORK CITY CENTRE ACTION PLAN 2017  CCMS projects in phase 1 & 2 (c. €4.5m investment) and the INTRODUCTION reorientation of Kent Station by Iarnrod Eireann, with route improvements by City Council This report has been prepared to review actions set out in the Cork  The opening of the Capitol Cinema retail and office City Centre Action Plan 2017 and to identify the actions for inclusion development on Grand Parade / Saint Patrick’s Street; in the Cork City Centre Action Plan 2018.  The opening of the Nano Nagle Centre at the South BACKGROUND Presentation Convent on Douglas Street.
