This is to confirm that the next Planning Committee meeting will be held online via zoom on Monday 22nd March 2021 commencing at 6.15pm. If any members of the public wish to comment on any items on the agenda, or ask any questions, they should contact the Clerk, or Deputy Clerk, by noon on the day of the meeting.

3 To receive any declarations of interest. 7 New fence at back of the Old Rectory, Winchelsea. Complaint submitted to the ESCC Rights of Way Officer regarding stakes in Hogtrough Lane. Acknowledged. Cllr Turner to provide width, length and overall height of fence in order to complete an RDC enforcement complaint form.

8 Fencing at Skinners Sheds site. Photographic evidence for enforcement complaint requested by D/Clerk.

9 Flyposting and updates. a) To report any new fly or post tipping incidents in the parish. b) Winchelsea recycling bins. Removal approved by full council at 8th March meeting. RDC notified.

10 Any late advised planning matters and update on those raised at last meeting. a) Protected trees in Icklesham parish. Awaiting response from RDC to request for notification of works to all protected trees in the parish. Verbal update if any reply received.
