PE80 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST. There were none.

PE81 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING The minutes of the meeting held on 21st December, 2018 were approved.

PE82 CHAIRMAN’S REPORT The chairman has received a reply from the CEO of Southern Water which contains information already provided by Paul Kent and nothing new. She will respond to this letter and copy Paul Kent and Greg Clerk in to her reply. SW have agreed to attend the February meeting and the Chairman will write to them asking that at that time they provided information re their fully developed solution. She will also ask for the results of the Drainage Area plan that they said they were undertaking. There was a meeting with Persimmon Hillreed, TWBC and some residents which PWTC were not permitted to attend. The next such meeting is on the 14th of February and it is understood that someone from PWTC will be invited to attend. Regarding the Rhoden Farm application there is additional correspondence from KCC Flood Team on the planning website and the decision has not yet been taken. KCC are asking for further information and substantive conditions to be place if permission is granted.

There was then discussion regarding the employment of a planning consultant to prepare a detailed objection to the application on the grounds of the Town Centre’s significance for the future of the town. Cllr R Moon proposed and Cllr D Sargison seconded that the consultant suggested should be employed for this purpose.
