Director of Intercollegiate Athletics (September 2004-March 2005 (interim), March 2005-present) Morehead State University • Administer a broad-based, comprehensive NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics program • Program includes 16 intercollegiate sports, including FCS (football championship subdivision) football and a member of the and as well as a National Champion competitive cheer program • Employ a staff of over 75 athletics professionals including hiring, professional development, and a comprehensive employee training program • Provide leadership and direction for staff to meet goals as stated in MSU Athletics strategic plan, gender equity plan, and minority opportunities plan • Serve on various conference and national committees on behalf of the Ohio Valley Conference and the Pioneer Football League

Interim Assistant Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students (August 2014-June 2015) Morehead State University • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the division • Institution’s chief judicial officer and primary student discipline agent while enforcing the student conduct code • Represent the division as a member of the Presidential Lecture Series standing committee • Lead efforts during freshman move-in processes, Fall 2014 • Serve as a member of the institution’s threat assessment team • Represent Vice President for Student Life as schedules or situations dictate
