Item 11. Activities and Services.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco Registrant provides consulting services which consisted of assisting in the representation of, and government relations activities on behalf of, the government of the Kingdom of Morocco with the US government, and the development and implementation of a public relations strategy for the government of the Kingdom of Morocco, and promotion of business with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Embassy of the State of Qatar Registrant provides government and public relations services for Qatar with regard to bilateral issues pertaining to the relationship between Qatar and the United States. Such services include outreach to the United States Congress, the federal government, and the media.

Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP Registrant provides government and public relations services to Agility, including outreach to media and government officials, in connection with potential litigation regarding defamation allegations. Registrant also provides support to Agility in various commercial and charitable activities, including the coordination of a Congressional reception on October 29, 2019 honoring the Paralyzed Veterans of America’s PAVE program, to which Agility is a major contributor.
