Date Filed: 04/09/2010 15:20:48:60600 Launch and Operating Authority Satellite CD Radio, Inc. requests authority to launch and operate FM-6, a geostationary satellite, at the 115.2° W.L. orbital location to provide satellite digital audio radio services (SDARS) to subscribers in the United States. The FM-6 satellite will operate service links (space-to-Earth) in the 2320.0-2332.5 MHz frequency band. Feederlinks for the FM-5 satellite will operate in the 7025-7075 MHz frequency band (Earth-to-space) in the fixed-satellite service.
