Report 3 COLCHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL WITH ESSEX COUNTY COUNCIL LOCAL HIGHWAY PANEL – 15TH JUNE 2017 2017/18 POTENTIAL CAPITAL SCHEMES Since the 2017/18 capital recommendations and prioritisation at the March 2017 Panel meeting, Officers have been working to set the programme for the 2017/18 financial year. You will see from the Approved Works Programme that this has now been divided into two parts, those schemes that will be delivered in 2017/18, and those schemes that will form the 2018/19 rolling programme.
