Opening in 1977 Dimond Center has become the #1 shopping destination in Alaska. A mixed used project Dimond Center has over 750,000 sq. ft. of retail, restaurants, entertainment and office use. The strong demographics of South Anchorage and the phenomenon of the Alaska “bush” shopper have contributed to Dimond Center’s small shop sales PSF of over $480.00.

Dimond Center LLC was founded by Managing Member Joe C. Ashlock and currently has industry veterans Hugh Ashlock and Gary Shimada SCLS, SCSM as the development and remerchandising team. Dimond Center is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Center and the Northwest Independent Mall Group.

FFO specializes in offering third party leasing and development consulting services for shopping center landlords and retailers. With over 40 years of experience among the principals, FFO brings together the talents and expertise of three former Prime Retail leasing executives who each share unparalleled knowledge and professional connections within the factory outlet/off price shopping center industry. FFO is well known for its work on several high profile outlet center developments throughout the U.S., totaling in excess of two million square feet.

LOD Solutions, LLC is an innovative company that creates a total package of support services for the real estate & development industry. LOD Solutions provides the many individual services and consultant contracts necessary for producing the needed materials to design, develop, lease, and market both existing portfolio’s as well as developing and opening new projects.
