Tibor Baldauf, Chinook Swim Club On Sunday, May 10, a huge World Record was set by 's Ryosuke Irie (19) in the 200m Back Long Course. You really need to see the youtube video posted by Swim Australia:

Our club here on the Sunshine coast is a very small club; however, we have amazing commitment and support from our three volunteer coaches, Tibor Baldauf, Marilyn Adams and Brent Collins. We have approximately 35 members in total and our club has many up and coming swimmers who will be ready for competition in the next couple of years.

Brian set a Commonwealth Record in the 400 IM and finished 7th in this event in the last Olympics. He held the World Short Course 400 IM record with a time of 4:02.72. He is currently planning for the 2012 Olympics in London. Congratulations Brian! ______

Pam received the Administrator of the Year BC SENIOR GAMES Award in Richmond for her long-term commitment to swimming.
