2020 USEF Southern Fox March Prizelist Final 2020 Cherry Blossom Classic March 20-22, 2020 Southern Fox Cherry Blossom Classic USEF Regional 1; Jumpers Level 1 -GHJA, SCHJA, NCHJA Sanctioned- The Georgia International Horse Park Conyers, Georgia Welcome to the 1st Annual Fox Cherry Blossom Classics! Join us in the Olympic Stadium (and other rings, too!) for the 2020 Fox Cherry Blossom Classics, at the Georgia International Horse Park in March! The Horse Park’s famous Cherry Blossom Festival will be held March 21 & 22. The cherry blossom itself is a native symbol of beauty in Japan. Their beautiful pink blossoms also herald the much anticipated arrival of springtime in Georgia! Delicious food, delightful music and arts & crafts will all be available on the plaza above the showgrounds during our March USEF show. Try to make time to check it out! March 14 & 15 will be the 1st show of the 6 weekend, 2020 H. J. Fox Signature Series. These shows are sanctioned by GHJA (local), Jockey Club TIP, and H. J. Fox. 5 full rings of competition will take place both Saturday and Sunday, ranging from Leadline to 1.20m Jumpers! Vendors & concessions will be on site – it will be SO MUCH FUN!!! The March 20-22 Southern Fox Cherry Blossom USEF Classic offers a broad range of hunter, jumper, & eq classes, including National Medals, & a $1500 USHJA National Hunter Derby! $4,999 in prize money is also available in the jumper ring alone! It begins on Friday, & concludes on Sunday, with Hunter Breeding classes on Friday afternoon. For those showing both weekends, a $25 stall discount for the USEF show will be applied. (This can also be a great time saver and cost saver as far as setup & shavings go!) Both shows are open for free online entries at www.horseshowsonline.com. Please check out the H. J. Fox Facebook Event Pages, which along with our website (www.hjfoxclassics.com) & Horse Shows Online, should keep you up to date on any changes! NEW! SOUTHERN FOX CLASSICS PERPETUAL AWARDS!!! USHJA National Derby Series Award This award is a beautiful, very distinctive engraved tray donated by Nancy Seyfried, USEF Judge, who resides in Athens, GA. Junior Hunter Classic Series Award This lovely engraved perpetual trophy was donated by Candace Kline, USEF Judge from Fairfield, Virginia. National Medal Equitation Award This traditional, vintage trophy is donated by Kathleen Stamps, USEF Judge from Oxford GA. Check out the NEW USHJA Jumper Classic Series! And don’t forget that for the first time ever, Junior Hunters can now qualify for Junior Hunter Finals at Regional 1 Shows! Kudos to the Horse Park for spending the winter working to make the already beautiful Horse Park even better! • 2018 Regina Classic
The Cornerstone Summer 2018 2018 Regina Classic Mark your calendars for Monday, Sept. 10, and join us for the Regina Classic. Sponsorship levels include $500, $1,000, $2,500 and $7,500 – contact us to learn more! Proceeds from this year’s event will enhance the lives of our residents in Regina Senior Living. The aromatherapy program is specifically designed for seniors and addresses pain, anxiety and behavior- related symptoms. Funds will also be used to upgrade the Regina Senior Living therapy kitchen. The “mock” kitchen will be upgraded with working appliances so residents have real-life experience with cooking, using the dishwasher, doing laundry, etc. Creating a more functional setting to duplicate what patients encounter at home is a significant advantage for them. “We are in the business of preserving independence,” says Shelley Solberg, CEO, Regina Senior Living. “The goal of therapy is to help patients reach their highest functioning level so they can safely return home and are less likely to decline and return to the hospital.” The Regina Foundation represents the cornerstone from which we build our vitality for today, tomorrow and the future…caring for life. Message from the Director Regina Foundation Board Members Phil Jackson once said, Cindy Hoffmann, Chair Tony Bolstorff “The strength of the Bernie Estenson team is each individual Joe Harris, Vice Chair Judy Hemp, Regina Auxiliary member and the Lynda Holzemer Brian LaCroix strength of each Ken LaCroix, Secretary/ Treasurer individual member Doug Laumeyer is the team.” Shelley Solberg, CEO, Regina Senior Living Over the last several months, we have been recruiting community members to serve Tom Thompson, President, in a variety of capacities within the Regina Foundation.
