On October 21, 2015, the Court granted defendants’ motion for judgment as a matter of law. Dkt. 708. In that order, the Court determined that in a 2002 agreement between plaintiff and Mohsen Mohammed Jaber (“Jaber”), the owner of an Egyptian music company, plaintiff had assigned all of his economic rights in Khosara to Jaber.
