It operates an electric light and power distribution service in the municipalities of Don Carlos, Kalilangan, Kibawe, Kitaotao, Maramag, Pangantucan, San Fernando, Quezon, Dangcagan, Damulog, Kadingilan, and the City of Valencia, all in the Province of Bukidnon, and the municipality of Wao in the Province of Lanao del Sur. Copies of FIBECO's Certificate of Franchise, and Articles of Incorporation and By- Laws are attached as Annexes "A" and "B", respectively.
