  • Focused-On-Football-6Th-November
You will see this week that I have re-hashed an old article that I first published a few months ago with regards to Staking and Bank Strategies (some bits of it may still be the same than in its first publication). I decided to do this last Saturday night when I got out and about my beautiful cathedral city (apologies for my dodgy camerawork) for some fresh air following the news of the new UK ‘Lockdown’. I put the word lockdown in inverted comma’s as most people are still going out the house everyday so not quite sure it is he right word to use but most of us should have more time on our hands during the month of November. We should utilise any time this month for some reflection on our betting strategies and how we can best use the many bonuses and welcome offers that betting companies offer. Take a read, or a re- read, and let me know what you think and tell me if you think I have left anything of that jumps out at you. This is a collective effort to take money off the bookmakers! This week we have a few recaps of League Two bets made pre-season and also some NFL wagers made ahead of time. Talking of NFL bets, take a look at what is pictured to the right here. It saddens me to say that this is the last time you will see the NFL Magic Whiteboard. I enjoy betting certain markets in the NFL as I love the research that it entails in terms of game flow and how the match may progress.

Settlement Profiles Local Plan Evidence Base www.doncaster.gov.uk Doncaster Settlement Profiles 1.1. As part of the emerging Local Plan, a Settlement Audit was undertaken in 2014 to better understand the service provision across the borough, which in turn helped to determine the Local Plan Settlement Hierarchy. This process is dealt with at length in both the Settlement Audit and the Settlement Background Paper. 1.2. However, some consultation responses to the Settlement Audit and the Homes and Settlements consultation intimated that the Settlement Audit could be further expanded on and clarified. 1.3. As such, the following profiles have been developed which seeks to provide portraits of each defined settlement within the borough (the Main Urban Area; 7 Main Towns; 10 Service Towns and Villages; and 12 Defined Villages). 1.4. Each portrait will expand on the results of the Settlement Audit, and will provide ‘profiles’ for each settlement, dealing with social, economic and environmental matters, as per the Settlement Audit. 1.5. Occasionally, some scores or information published in the Settlement Audit Update (2017) have been amended. These amendments and the rationale are presented overleaf in Table A. 1.6. Information about the Settlement Hierarchy and allocations within each settlement are provided in the Settlement Background Paper and Site Selection Methodology. For convenience, a number of abridged settlement profiles have also been provided in the Settlement Housing Summaries. 1 Settlement Amendment Rationale Change to Scores? Premier League, 2018–2019 “The Premier League is one of the most difficult in the world. There's five, six, or seven clubs that can be the champions. Only one can win, and all the others are disappointed and live in the middle of disaster.” —Jurgen Klopp Hello Delegates! My name is Matthew McDermut and I will be directing the Premier League during WUMUNS 2018. I grew up in Tenafly, New Jersey, a town not far from New York City. I am currently in my junior year at Washington University, where I am studying psychology within the pre-med track. This is my third year involved in Model UN at college and my first time directing. Ever since I was a kid I have been a huge soccer fan; I’ve often dreamed of coaching a real Premier League team someday. I cannot wait to see how this committee plays out. In this committee, each of you will be taking the helm of an English Football team at the beginning of the 2018-2019 season. Your mission is simple: climb to the top of the world’s most prestigious football league, managing cutthroat competition on and off the pitch, all while debating pressing topics that face the Premier League today. Some of the main issues you will be discussing are player and fan safety, competition with the world’s other top leagues, new rules and regulations, and many more. If you have any questions regarding how the committee will run or how to prepare feel free to email me at [email protected].
