Schedule: Friday 17th June 2016 starting at 8:00 o´clock: Galgo Espanol, Magyar Agar, Cirneco Dell´Etna, Podenco Ibicenco, Pharao Hound, Podenco Canario, Italian Greyhound, Italian Greyhound Sprinter, Whippet Sprinter
Saturday 18th June 2016 starting at 8:00 o´clock: Barzoi, Deerhound, Irish Wolfhound, Saluki, Sloughi
Sunday 19th June 2016 starting at 8:00 o´clock: Afghan Hound, Azawakh, Greyhound, Chart Polski, Whippet
Depending on the number of dogs entered for the competition, breeds can be moved to another day. The definite breed schedules (reparation) will be published and communicated with the national organizations not later than 20th May 2016.
Veterinary control: The veterinary control will be done at 15:00 – 18:00 hrs. only the day prior to the starting day.
Valid vaccination passport, rabies vaccination according to regulations is mandatory, at least 21 days; vaccination passport has to be presented.
Control measurement: According to the decision of the CdL Commission all Whippets and Italian Greyhounds which are not registered in the database will be remeasured in height upon registration at the veterinary inspection. The CdL-delegate has the competence to exclude dogs from participation of the event if they are not in accordance with the given height at the withers as stated in the FCI-rulebook. Dog owners who refuse the re-measurement are automatically excluded from participation of the European Lure Coursing Championship. Appeal against the decision of the CdL-delegate is not possible. Upon entering for the European Lure Coursing Championship each owner takes note of the CdL decision.
Title „CdL Sprinter Champion“ will be rewarded. Participation is open for Whippets and Italian Greyhounds from the national classes (Sprinters) the usual admission rules.
Terrain: A slightly sloping large meadow.
Coursing distance: For Whippets and Italian Greyhounds: 700 – 800 metres For all other Sighthounds breeds: 800 – 900 metres
Additional info: A muzzle is not mandatory for Italian Greyhounds (PLI).
Doping tests: Doping tests can be executed according to FCI rules.
Admission: Maximum 6 dogs per country, per breed and sex. In addition the European Champions of the previous year can defend their title and be entered in addition to the maximum permissible participants.
The last two coursings of dog before the closing date have to be without disqualification. A disqualification between the closing date and the European Championship precludes participation.

Entries for the championship can only be done by the national organization of each country.
Entry fee: The entry fee is 35,00 € per dog, to be paid to IBAN SK27 0900 0000 0000 1146 8215, swift GIBASKBX, Variable symbol: 616 no later than 23rd May 2016. Payment of entry fee by the team leader is also possible on site.
Coursing catalogue: The catalogue can be purchased at 5,00 € upon registration of dogs.
Prizes: FCI European Coursing Champion: red presentation jacket, medal Places 2.- 6.: medals
CdL Sprinter Champion: green presentation jacket, medal Places 2.- 6.: medals
All participants: a souvenir.
Liability/Responsibility: According to § 1.11 of the FCI regulations, neither the organizer nor the officials are responsible for injuries incurred by the dog owners, the dogs or the officials. Likewise they accept no responsibility in case of escaped dogs. The dog owner is not responsible if his dog injures another dog during a course. In all other cases the dog owner has the full responsibility for the dog, before, during and after a course.
Camping: Area for motor homes, caravans and cars with tents is provided.
Camping is open from Wednesday 15th June 2016 until Monday 20th June 2016.

Complete and return the reservation form published on our homepage at the latest Friday 20th May 2016. If no reservation is made, there is no guarantee for a parking lot.
