Prizes and Awards 01. Mandatory Competitors Meeting (Angler and Adult) Rules Meeting and Pizza Party Junior Flatsmasters Schedule of Events FRIDAY, April 17, 2015 –6:30 PM Laishley Park Pavilions, Punta Gorda 02. Tournament day—SATURDAY, April 18th, 2015 Hours: 7:00am to 2:30pm Angler Registration is Open 03. $85(including required state sales tax) Entry fee per Youth Angler - Registration opens January 1st, 2015 limited to 100 anglers -Sign Up Early! 04. Each Angler must be accompanied by an adult companion (at least 18 years old) There can be 1 or 2 anglers per boat with 1 or 2 adults or any combination with a maximum of 2 adults with 2 anglers on board. Remember each angler is their own team even on the same boat. On Line at www.flatsmasters.com by credit card 05. All contestants will follow all local, state, and federal boating and fishing regulations. 06. All boats used in tournament competition must contain recirculation or aerated live wells that are at least 2.4 cubic feet or 18 gallons in capacity. All competing boats must have all required US Coast Guard Mail to- Flatsmasters safety equipment. For the safety of all competitors, The Flatsmasters Junior Angler Tournament requires the use of kill or ignition cutout switches and life vests during operation of the 150 Laishley Ct. #1112, Punta Gorda, Fl 33950 combustion engine. 07.There are 3 divisions in this event. The Minnow Division is for ages 7 to 10 years old. (Remember registration is limited to 100 Anglers) The Junior angler Division is for ages 11 to 15 years old. The Prep Division is for anglers 16 & 17 years old Your age is determined by how old you will be on April 18, 2015 April 17th, 2015 6:30pm- Rules Meeting and Dinner 08. Each Angler will be allowed to weigh in 1 legal redfish using the pinched tail 18” to 27” method Location: Laishley Park Courtyard The heaviest redfish weighed in in each division will determine the winner. Junior and Adult must attend Pizza Party 09. Anglers may fish anywhere on tournament waters accessible by boat, except areas designated as off limits or no fishing by local, state, federal, or Flatsmasters officials, or within 50 yards of a competitors (directions at www.flatsmasters.com) boat “actively engaged in fishing”. The definition of “actively engaged in fishing” is a boat with the trolling motor in operation with anglers fishing, a boat held In place by anchor, push pole, or Power Pole. There will be no fishing within 200 yards of the weigh in site. April 18th, 2015- Tournament Day 10. Only the Youth Angler may fish during this tournament. There can be no assistance fighting the fish. Adults 6:30am– Angler Check In at Laishley Ship Store Patio may assist in rigging and baiting, and in landing of the fish. 11. All baits may be used in this tournament including live and dead bait, cut bait and artificial lures. Coffee, Juice, Donuts for all competitors Chumming is allowed. 7:00am– Tournament Starts 12. This is a catch & release tournament. All fish must be released alive after weigh in. You will however be allowed to weigh in a dead redfish with a penalty of 1/2lb. An oxygen release tank will be available for 1:00pm– Scales Open on Laishley Crab House Stage those teams with stressed fish. Fish may be put in the tank before being measured. 2:30pm– Tournament Ends, must be in the Marina Basin No frozen or mutilated fish will be accepted. 13. A VHF radio is required for each tournament boat for communication of the numbered start. 3:00pm– Awards Ceremony– Laishley Crab House Stage Start will be broadcast on Channel #68 The use of cell phones, radios ,or other electronic devices will be prohibited during tournament hours for the purpose of discussing fishing with anyone. 14. No Alcohol beverages on board at anytime during tournament hours. May 3rd, 2015 Super Six Shootout 15. This is a NO wading tournament. at the Redfish Survivor Series/HarborFest at the Laishley Park Courtyard 16. Emergency Tournament Phone—941-628-0702 17. Anglers may weigh in from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. All teams must be checked-in or be in the check-in line by the Top Two Anglers from each division compete 2:30pm deadline. All boats must be inside Laishley Park Marina Basin by 2:30pm. 6:30am– Angler Check In at Laishley Ship Store Patio 18. The top two anglers in each division will be invited to compete in the Final Six Shootout on May 3rd during The Charlotte HarborFest Festival at Laishley Park Pavilions Coffee, Juice, Donuts for all competitors The Final Six will weigh in prior to The Redfish Survivor Series finals on the Redfish Festival stage. 7:00am– Tournament Starts 19. The Final Six Anglers can fish with an original adult from the April 18th tournament or fish with a substitute 20. The Super Six contestants and adults are invited to the Redfish Survivor Series Captain’s Meeting on 2:30pm– Tournament Ends, must be in the Marina Basin Friday, May 1st at 6:30pm at The Laishley Crab House. 3:00pm– Final Six Weigh In- Charlotte HarborFest Stage 21. Sunday, May 3rd– The Super Six Anglers will be released immediately after the Redfish Survivor Series Top 3:15pm– Awards Ceremony– Charlotte HarborFest Stage 5 Teams 22. Each angler may weigh one legal redfish in the Super Six Finals the same rules as the April 18th tournament 23. All Super Six Anglers must be in the Laishley Marina Basin by 2:30pm. Weigh In begins on the stage at 3:00pm 24.     Shawn Michaels Michael Shawn Hickenbottom (born July 22, 1965), better known by his ring name Shawn Michaels, is an American professional wrestling personality, television presenter and retired professional wrestler. Currently signed to WWE, as an ambassador and trainer, since December 2010. Michaels wrestled consistently for WWE, formerly the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), from 1988 until his first retirement in 1998. He held non- wrestling roles from 1998 to 2000 and resumed wrestling in 2002 until retiring ceremoniously in 2010. In the WWF/E, Michaels headlined major pay-per-view events between 1989 and 2010, closing the company's flagship annual event, WrestleMania, five times. He was the co-founder and original leader of the successful stable, D-Generation X. He also wrestled in the American Wrestling Association (AWA), where he founded The Midnight Rockers with Marty Jannetty in 1985. After winning the AWA Tag Team Championship twice, the team continued to the WWF as The Rockers, and had a high-profile breakup in January 1992. Within the year, Michaels would twice challenge for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship and win his first WWF Intercontinental Championship, heralding his arrival as one of the industry's premier singles stars. Cobb On the heels of Wrestlemania III, which the WWE claims was seen live by 93,173, the largest recorded attendance for a live indoor sporting event in North America, the wrestling giant came up with the idea of the Survivor Series. The original concept was to have an annual pay-per-view event that focused on tag team wrestling. The Survivor Series was originally created to be a "Thanksgiving tradition" as the first four Survivor Series events (1987-1990) took place on Thanksgiving Day in November. The next four years taking place on Thanksgiving Eve. In 1995 Survivor Series moved to a more-traditional Sunday PPV date. It has since become the 2nd longest running PPV of all time (behind Wrestlemania) and one of the Big 4 PPV’s of the WWE (along with the Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania & Summer Slam). But it was the fourth ever Survivor Series that left the biggest footprint on the history of wrestling. Ironically, the main event of that show had nothing to do with the mark left by the show itself. No, it was the third match of the night, that featured the Million Dollar Team against The Dream Team that will go down as one of the most important matches in WWE history. In that match, Dusty Rhodes, Koko B. Ware and the Hart Foundation took on the team of Honkey Tonk Man, Greg Valentine, Ted Dibiase and a mystery opponent. The mystery man turned out to be none other than The Undertaker.
