No investment in shares should be made without reading the appropriate prospectus. All terms used in this SAI that are defined in the prospectuses have the meanings assigned in the prospectuses. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing all of its assets in Treasury Money Market Master Portfolio (the “Master Portfolio”), a series of Master Investment Portfolio (“MIP”).
