Advances in Computer Science Research (ACSR), volume 76 7th International Conference on Education, Management, Information and Mechanical Engineering (EMIM 2017) Analysis on Tourism in Heilongjiang Province Based on Climate Index Dandan Qi Institute of Business Economy, Harbin University of Commerce, Harbin 150028 Keywords: Heilongjiang Province, Tourism, Composite index, Climate Abstract: Climate index refers to the use of quantitative indicators to reflect the status of the industry to reflect the changes in the industry boom. In this paper, we used the US Department of Commerce method to compile the tourism industry climate index of Heilongjiang Province, as a comprehensive evaluation of observing the fluctuation of tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province. Combined with the economic situation in Heilongjiang Province, we compiled the tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province climate index, in order to determine the overall industry fluctuations and trends, and to provide some reference for tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province for the formulation of policies and micro-tourism operators. The research indicates that the tourism industry in Heilongjiang province should develop to the group, carry out the internationalized management strategy, attach importance to the innovation ability of the staff, and cultivate its innovation spirit. Introduction The economic survey began in the late 19th century, the US Institute of Economic Research launched the diffusion index (DI) in 194 and the US National Bureau of Economic Research and the US Department of Commerce to develop a composite index (CI) in 1967,that are used to monitor economic fluctuations [1]. The CI can reflect the trend of the boom and the cycle of the boom, to make up for the lack of DI. -

Analysis of Construction and Dissemination of Beijing's
2020 5th International Conference on Education and Social Development (ICESD 2020) ISBN: 978-1-60595-676-3 Analysis of Construction and Dissemination of Beijing’s International Image with Taking the Opportunity of Two Olympic Games Lei WANGa and Si-Tong LIUb Foreign language and applied linguistics, Beijing International Studies University, Beijing 100024, China [email protected], [email protected] Keywords: Proximization theory; Beijing international image; STA model; Winter Olympic game. Abstract. The Olympic Game is the largest and largest sports event in the world, which is regarded as an important opportunity for host countries or host cities to display or reshape the image of the country. With the continuous improvement of China’s international status and the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the hosting of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics is worth studying in how to build Beijing’s international image. This paper uses the STA model to compare and analyze the successful hosting of the 2008 Olympic Games and the 2022 Winter Olympics from the perspective of the Proximization theory proposed by foreign scholar professor Piotr Cap, and proposes corresponding measures for the construction and dissemination of Beijing’s international image. Introduction Success of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games has brought Beijing unprecedented attention in the international community, besides, Beijing’s international image has undergone earth-shaking changes. In 2015, the proposal of Beijing to host the 2022 Winter Olympics was successfully passed. It is the first time that the Winter Olympics has been held in Chinese history, which has greatly increased Beijing's attention at home and abroad. -
2014 Winter Olympic Competing Nations ALBANIA
2014 Winter Olympic Competing Nations We list below detailed historial Olympic information for every IOC Member Nation that has previously competed at the Olympic Winter Games and that will compete in Sochi, as of 27 January 2014. There appear to be 88 qualified NOCs that have met IF quota requirements as of 24 January, and have accepted them (the previous record for a Winter Olympics is 82 in 2010 at Vancouver). Unfortunately, after reallocation of some quotas, only the skiing federation (FIS) has published the final quotas as of 26 January. We have tried to list below the sports for which each NOC has qualified but there is a small chance, with reallocations, that there may be minor differences in the final allocation by sport. There are seven nations that will compete in Sochi that have never before competed at the Olympic Winter Games – Dominica, Malta, Paraguay, Timor-Leste (East Timor), Togo, Tonga, and Zimbabwe. Their factsheets have been published previously on olympstats.com – see http://olympstats.com/2014/01/23/new-winter-olympic-nations-for-sochi/, which came out on 23 January. One problem nation is listed below and that is DPR Korea (North). They have not qualified any athletes for Sochi. They had the 1st and 2nd reserves for pairs figure skating but those do not appear to have been chosen by final reallocation of quota sports by the International Skating Union (ISU). However, yesterday (26 January), DPR Korea has petitioned the IOC for redress to allow them to have Olympic athletes compete in Sochi. So they are included below but it is unknown if they will compete. -

Press Release Chinese Eastern Railway
Press Release Chinese Eastern Railway: Zhao Gang October 24–December 13, 2020 Long March Space, Beijing The "Chinese Eastern Railway" is a rail line that links up the great expanse of China's northeast and crucial moments in modern Chinese history. The actual railway was the product of the Sino-Russian Secret Treaty signed by the Qing Empire and Tsarist Russia in 1896. Construction began in August 1897, and the railway went into service in July 1903. The rail line drew a giant "T" on the map, centered on Harbin, stretching west to Manzhouli, south to Lüshun, and east to the Suifen River. The "Chinese Eastern Railway" project was first proposed by artist Zhang Hui in 2018, and launched by Zhang Hui and Zhao Gang in 2019. In this project, the two artists look back on their hometowns—Zhang Hui was born in Qiqihar and raised in Harbin, while Zhao Gang is a global nomad with Manchurian roots who currently lives in Beijing—as well as the shifting landscape of modern Chinese society, politics, ideology and aesthetic expression through painting. The project comprises two phases. In the first phase, "The Walk", the two artists set off from two different places on July 15, 2019. Zhao Gang rode his motorcycle from Beijing to Manzhouli before turning east. Zhang Hui took the train west from Lüshun station in Dalian. They met in Harbin nine days later, where they engaged in a series of walking discussions with researchers and others interested in northeast China. Participants in the discussions included curator Lu Mingjun, Long March Project initiator Lu Jie, and Harbin Normal University professor Wang Hui, along with the Long March Project team as observer. -
