Rep Joe Don McGaugh issued proclamations by the State of Hospital Missouri for all of them. Ray County Presiding Commissioner Gary KMMO/102.9FM Wilhite presented all with Missouri flags that had been flown above KMZU/KRLI the Missouri State Capital.
