1. BYAHE PA RIN: NOEL CABANGON LIVE IN LEGAZPI The valentine treat for all Legazpenos last February 17, 2018 was a success as the venue was filled with OPM lovers who sang along to their favorite OPM songs!

Byahe Pa Rin: Noel Cabangon Live in Legazpi was held at Mexita Pizza and started with opening acts namely, Arian, Karampag, Sofia Capili and Jan Aldrin who are all from Legazpi. Noel Cabangon started his set with classic OPM songs such as “Overdrive” by and “Ulan” by Rivermaya. He also sang his own rendition of “Tadhana” by Up Dharma Down and performed a duet with Sofia Capili with the song “With A Smile” by Eraserheads. Of course, the night wouldn’t be complete without performing his orginal songs “Tuloy Pa Rin” and “Kanlungan” where the audience didn’t hesitate to sing along!

The night was filled with nostalgia as everyone was enjoying the music, their food and their company. This event was surely memorable and kept Original Pinoy Music alive in the hearts of Filipinos.

2. CYNTHIA ALEXANDER: EVEN SUCH IS TIME ALBUM RELEASE WITH BEN & BEN Singer-songwriter and guitarist, Cynthia Alexander launched her latest album, Even Such is Time, here in the last January 13, 2018 at the Music Museum featuring world/folkpop ensemble, Ben & Ben.

From the production design to the artists and their whole line up of songs, the concert was beautiful and unforgettable. With more than 700 people in the audience and their heart-warming applause for each song, it was definitely a successful event. Opening the night was Ben & Ben who were big fans of Cynthia Alexander and her music. They performed their original songs, some namely “Tinatangi”, “Kathang Isip”, and “Ride Home” that touched the hearts of many.

After Ben & Ben was Cynthia Alexander accompanied by her band and performed songs from the Even Such is Time album some namely, “Dressed for Nowhere”, “Dreams” and “Even Such is Time”. She also performed songs from her previous albums such as “Weather Report”, “Intertwyne”, and “Malaya.” In the middle of her set, Cynthia collaborated with Ben & Ben and performed her original song “Dumaan Ako” and a cover of The Beatles’ “Blackbird”. The night ended with smiles on the audience’s faces and happy, warm hearts. Thanks to the timeless music of Cynthia Alexander and heart-felt songs of Ben & Ben. During the event, there were Cynthia Alexander’s merchandise sold, as well as Ben & Ben’s.
