(Out‐of‐Local, National & Mobile Call Minutes included in the package.) 5 Out‐of‐package rates as set out apply once the customer has exhausted the Call Minutes available as part of the eir Talk level. 6 All out‐of‐package calls are rounded to the next minute. 7 The inclusive of VAT price is rounded using standard rounding to two decimal places and is shown for information purposes only. 8 Peak: 7am ‐ 7pm Monday to Friday including Public and Bank Holidays; Off-Peak: 7pm‐7am Monday to Friday and midnight Friday to midnight Sunday; Weekend: midnight Friday to midnight Sunday. 9 Out‐of‐package calls to Certain Mobiles (Calls outside of Mobile Call Minutes included in the package) that straddle Peak and Off‐Peak (that is, Day and Evening) times or that straddle Off‐ Peak and Peak times are split into two legs that are billed separately, with each leg rounded up to the next minute and the first leg subject to a call set‐up fee. 10 For out‐of package calls (Outside of Local, National & Mobile Call Minutes included in the package) that are subject to different Day, Evening and Weekend rates and where an individual call straddles Day, Evening or Weekend time profiles that are subject to different rates, such calls are split into separate legs according to the time profiles involved. Each leg is rounded up to the next minute and charged according to the rate that applies to that leg. The resulting charges for these separate legs are then added together and the set‐up fee is applied to the total. 11 For bill display purposes, the costs of individual rated items are shown rounded to the nearest whole cent based on standard rounding. An adjustment may be applied to the bill in order to reconcile any difference between the total of the rounded values shown and the applicable total based on the actual unrounded cost of individual items. 12 Add‐on: Mobile 8c cannot co‐exist on an account with any of Add‐on: Mobile Light 60, Add‐on: Mobile Extra 150, Add‐on: eir Mobile 200. 13 For a list of International Call Bands in this Price List (see link below) 14 Call set up fee does not apply to Band 1, Band 1a or Consumer EU Band. 15 For calls to destinations included in the Consumer EU Band which are also included in other Bands as set out in International Call Bands of the price list, charges applicable to the Consumer EU Band shall apply, except in cases where the rate is applicable to the Consumer EU Band is higher than the rate quoted for the other Band, in which cases the lower rate shall apply. "Bill Pay" The post-paid eir Mobile service whereby the Customer is charged for Services already availed of; “Bill Pay Lite” – Shall mean any Bill Pay Tariff Plan titled with such term and under which the Customer shall be entitled to terminate at any time on thirty days’ notice "Business Day" shall mean a normal working day, excluding weekends and public holidays, in the Territory "Call" - A transmission made over the Network for the purpose of communicating a voice or data message (which includes, without limitation, short text messages ("SMS"), multi-media messages ("MMS"), and usage of Data Sessions).

    Broadband Terms and Conditions 1.1 In this Agreement: “Acceptable Usage Policy” means eir’s acceptable usage policy which can be found at www.eir.ie/policy. “ADSL” means an asymmetric digital subscriber line. “Agreement” means these terms and conditions set out herein, eir’s General Terms and Conditions of Service in force for the time being as may be amended from time to time, the Acceptable Usage Policy, the terms and conditions of any applicable Service and the provisions of any legislation applicable thereto between eir and the Customer for the provision and where applicable, for the installation of the Facility. “Charges” means the Rental, Connection Charge and any other charge payable by the Customer to eir hereunder for use of the Facility. “Connection Charge” means the once off non-recurring charge payable by the Customer for initial provision and where applicable, installation of the Facility. “Content” means data, information, video, graphics, sound, music, pictures, text, code, scripts, photographs, software and any other material (in whatever form) which may be made available as part of the Facility. “Customer” means the person with whom eir makes has made or is deemed to have made an agreement for the provision to such person of the Facility and also means a person to whom such facility has been or is being provided. “Customer Care Code of Practice for Complaint Handling” means eir’s customer care code of practice for complaint handling which can be found at www.eir.ie/codeofpractice. “DSL” means Digital Subscriber Line. “eir” means eircom Limited, Registered as a Branch in Ireland Number 907674, Incorporated in Jersey Number 116389 with a branch address at 2022 Bianconi Avenue, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24 D24 HX03, Ireland.
