Simple workflow.

An initial extension with biotinylated primers specifically targets regions of interest. Products are captured onto paramagnetic particles for allele-specific primer extension and ligation followed by universal PCR. A single plate transfer hybridizes amplified material to VeraCode Beads for scanning on the BeadXpress Reader. Thirty-four genes are assayed within 8 hours with less than 2.5 hours of technical hands-on time. Quickly. Efficiently. Precisely.
