The result is a coastline of tremendous richness and diversity. • Agulhas is characterised by a rugged coastline with several shipwrecks, extensive ocean-life including whales, dolphins, sharks and seals. The Agulhas coastal plain has tremendous floral diversity. • Accommodation in the park consists of 4 and 2-bed wooden chalets built on dunes overlooking the sea; a historic 4-bed home situated right at the foot of the ocean; and a number of beautifully restored historical farmsteads. All these units have roll-in showers. • An accessible attraction in the park is the boardwalk to the southernmost tip of Africa. • The Agulhas Lighthouse and accompanying restaurant is one of the park’s most popular attractions.
