1 inch slice pineapple 2 orange, peeled 1 grapefruit, peeled ½ inch fresh ginger ½ inch fresh turmeric

3- 4 kale leaves handful of parsley 2 pear 1 avocado 1 banana 1+ 1/2 cup almond milk 1/4 cup cashew 1 tsp chia seeds 2 tsp coconut oil 1 tsp spirulina powder

2 kiwi, peeled 1 banana 1 cup nut milk juice of ½ lemon 5-6 mint leaves 1 tsp spirulina powder 1 tbsp hemp seeds handful ice

2 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup raw cashew 1 cup raspberry 1/4 cup blueberry 1 ripe banana, frozen 1 cup ripe mango 1 cup pineapple seeds of 1 vanilla bean 1 tbsp ground flax 1 tsp lucuma powder, handful ice
16 Watermelon & Beetroot “Ruby Red” Juice
You’ll need 1/2 ripe and chilled watermelon and 1 medium sized beetroot (peeled), you can perfectly juice them. Alternatively, you can chop all the ingredients and pop them into a high speed blender.
17 Raspberry & Chocolate Cappuccino
1+ 1/2 cup cashew milk 1/4 cup cold pressed coffee 1 tbsp cacao nibs 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 1/4 cup raspberry, frozen seeds of 1/2 vanilla bean 4 dates pinch cinnamon or cacao powder for garnish
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

Banana, Chocolate and Coffee Smoothie
1 ripe banana, frozen 1/4 cup cold pressed coffee 1+ 1/2 cup cashew milk 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 1 tbsp cacao nibs 1 tsp ground flax seeds seeds of 1/2 vanilla bean 1 tsp maca powder 4 dates handful ice Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

1 cup rhubarb, chopped 2 cup strawberries 1 sweet red apple 1/2 cup coconut milk 4- 5 dates 1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup cashew milk 1/4 cup freshly brewed coffee 1 tsp coconut nectar 3 dates 1 tsp raw cacao powder 1/8 vanilla bean
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

• Run all ingredients ( except apple cider vinegar ) through your juicer, pour into a jar add apple cider vinegar and stir well.
45 Matcha Almond Milk
1 cup almond milk 1 tsp matcha green tea powder 1 tsp coconut oil seeds of ¼ vanilla bean 1 tsp coconut nectar
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

1 lime, peeled 1 cucumber 1 lemongrass small bunch fresh mint 1 cup pure water 1/4 cup fresh aloe gel 1 tsp chia seeds handful ice Cucumber, lemongrass, lime, mint - run it through the juicer, then add rest of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for about a few second.

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

for the juice base 8 asparagus 4 stick celery 1/2 lime 2 inch cucumber handful cilantro *add 1 cup honeydew melon ( if you don't want to make smoothie )
Process all ingredients through your juicer.
71 and now the fun part 1+ 1/2 cups nut milk 1/2 honeydew melon, chopped Combine all ingredients together ( juice base, nut milk, honeydew ) in your Vitamix and blend until smooth.
Refreshing Cucumber & Honeydew Juice
3 inch cucumber 1 lemon 1/2 honeydew melon mint Process all ingredients through your juicer.

1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed 10 medium sized carrots 7 red apple 1 medium sized sweet potato
80 You can juice pumpkins easily if you follow these steps:
- Wash the outside of the pumpkin thoroughly, - Using a knife, peel the hard skin of the pumpkin, - Cut the pumpkin in quarters, - Remove the pulp and seeds, - Cut the de-seeded pumpkin into small segments, - Simply throw the pumpkin into your juicer and juice as you normally would. ( Note: If you peel a pumpkin, your juicer will handle it nicely. If you do not peel the pumpkin, your juicer might have some challenges. )

juice of 1 lime 0.5 liter coconut water 1 teaspoon turmeric honey or stevia to taste
Turmeric Smoothie
2 cups almond milk 2 dates pitted 1 tablespoon raw honey 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Blend all ingredients together until smooth, top with coconut whipped cream.
