Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology(LIT) Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology，located in Luoyang, the thousand-year ancient capital, is a provincial undergraduate university with eight disciplines ---engineering, science, arts, economics, management, law, fine arts and education. The training course will last 28 days, and it is intended to offer the following lectures: China's Basic National Conditions, Experience and Achievements of China’s Open-up Policy; the History and Current Situation of China’s Vocational Education; the Comparative Researches into Vocational Education between Developing Countries and Developed Countries; Management System and Running Mechanism in China’s Vocational Colleges; the Work of Vocational Guidance in Labor Market; the Introduction to Architecture Engineering ； the Building Engineering Survey；The Building Engineering Management; the Building Energy Saving Technology; the Utilization of Architectural Materials; Architecture History of China and Foreign Countries; Construction Project Management; Architectural Design and Urban Planning Management; Chinese Garden Architecture, etc.. Training We will invite the experts from Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology and Hunan Course Tongxin Economical & Technical Cooperation LTD. to present the lectures to the participants， which will help them to better understanding of the latest development of China’s vocational Content education and the development of modern construction technology from theory to practice, from macro to micro, and from different perspectives. In this training course, Participants will be organized to visit vocational education college of , etc. in order to get a better understanding of the development of China’s vocational education. In an effort to corporate with “Belt & Road” Initiative and enhance participants’ understanding of the Initiative, participants will pay a visit to Chongqing, a central city in China, to watch and learn

from the International Skills Contest under the “Belt & Road” Initiative co-organized by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China, National Development and Reform Commission, China International Development Cooperation Agency and Chongqing Municipal People's Government. They will also go to Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology to exchange with experts on experience and knowledge in the field of construction. Enterprises like China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd and MeiXi Lake of Xiangjiang New District will also be arranged to better understand the current situation of the field of architecture in China. Moreover, sightseeing in Changsha city will be arranged for participants, and shows of tea art, martial art and calligraphy will be also performed so as to help enrich their life and understand Chinese rich culture and long history. All in all, through 28 days’ training course, participants will have a relatively comprehensive understanding of China, the management ideas and model of China vocational education, development fruits of architecture in China. It is believed that this training course could lay a good foundation for further cooperation in architectural vocational education between China and other developing countries.
