The infrastructure designation will take effect from 13 September 2018. Description of the designated premises The infrastructure designation applies to premises located at 45 Gosport Street, Hemmant, QLD, 4174, formally described as Lot 16 on RP898748. Type of infrastructure for which the premises were designated The premises have been designated to allow for the use of existing site and improvements (warehouses, office and external hardstand) for activities associated with the production of film, television and screen content. The infrastructure is described under Schedule 5, Part 2 of the Planning Regulation 2017, as: • Item 19: Any other facility not stated in this part that is intended mainly to accommodate government functions. Requirements included in the infrastructure designation The infrastructure designation includes requirements in relation to the location and scale of works, servicing, lessening of impact of the works (construction management), flood management, access and parking.
