Younger: When Lies Lead to More Lies THE CON: Recently divorced single mom Liza Miller (Sutton Foster) has to start over at the age of 40, but finds it’s nearly impossible to get a job in publishing at her age. When a cute guy at a bar mistakes Liza for someone almost 20 years younger, she decides to reinvent herself as a 26-year-old publishing assistant. ‘WEDDING MARCH 4: SOMETHING OLD, SOMETHING NEW’ Cast Bios JACK WAGNER (Mick) -- During a career that has spanned over 30 years, Jack Wagner has proven himself to be not just a triple, but also a quadruple threat. Though most well-known for his work in television, Wagner has achieved great recognition as an accomplished stage actor, musician, and holds the rare distinction of being a scratch golfer. He currently stars on Hallmark Channel’s acclaimed drama series “When Calls the Heart,” which recently wrapped its fifth season, and will return for season six in 2019. In addition to that, Wagner recently starred in and executive produced the original telefilm “The Wedding March,” which has now spawned three additional films within the franchise, and he guest starred on Showtime’s “Ray Donovan.” Musically, Wagner recently released his long-awaited, sixth full-length album, On the Porch. A collection of 12 original songs, all written or co-written by the Missouri native, the album takes Wagner back to his Americana roots. On the Porch, produced by Dave Darling, has an authentic down-home feel brimming with textured acoustic instrumentation (slide guitar, dobro, mandolin, etc.). The collaboration resulted in a thoroughly gratifying 41-minute listening experience. In 1983, after graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Wagner landed the starring role on the number one daytime series, “General Hospital.” Portraying rocker Frisco Jones afforded him the opportunity to record songs for the show, which eventually led to a multi-album deal with Quincy Jones’ Warner Bros. imprint, Qwest Records.

SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2006 BY LINDA CHILDERS How Actress Marcia Cross Learned to Manage Severe Migraines Cross found ways to limit debilitating migraines —and found serenity on TV's ho}est series, "Desperate Housewives." Marcia Cross knew desperation long before she took up residence on Wisteria Lane. She was only 14 when her first migraine left her frightened and writhing in pain. For the next 20 years, migraines would drive her to the school nurse's office, off the set of the TV shows she starred on, and ultimately even to the emergency room. These days, ironically, her character on the hit series "Desperate Housewives," the Stepford-like Bree Van De Kamp, would seem an ideal candidate for migraines. Bree's tightly wound personality is strained by events that couldn't be more stressful: her first husband was killed by her psychotic suitor, her second husband murdered his first wife, her estranged teenage children are out of control, and not coincidentally she's got a drinking problem. All of which she tries to hide behind her porcelain smile and her perfect garden. Cross has taken up yoga to reduce stress and the risk of migraines. As hard as Bree Van De Kamp works to keep up appearances on Wisteria Lane, even Marcia Cross herself is surprised that her character hasn't suffered so much as a single headache in the first three seasons of TV's hottest show. "You know," Cross muses, breaking into a genuine smile, "I might have to ask the writers about putting it in." Then again, as she's quick to point out, in real life she's nothing like the fictional Bree, who's a consummate control freak.

‘DANIEL’S DAUGHTER’ CAST BIOS LAURA LEIGHTON (Catherine) – Versatile actress Laura Leighton is best known as the scheming Sydney Andrews on the hit Fox drama “Melrose Place,” a role which earned her a Golden Globe nomination and an US Magazine Entertainer of The Year Award. Born in Iowa City, Iowa, to a mid-western family, Leighton found a passion early on for the arts. Shortly after graduating from West High (ironically located on Melrose Avenue), she left Iowa to tour the country with the song and dance troupe “Young Americans.” Leighton eventually moved on to study acting, and soon after, began landing television commercials and was cast in a guest spot on Aaron Spelling’s “Melrose Place,” which soon turned into a permanent gig. As viewers gripped to their love/hate relationship with Sydney, the success of this nighttime drama became enormous. She played the character for the better part of four years, when her character was killed off in May 1997. She later joined the cast of Spelling’s “Beverly Hills, 90210” for several episodes, appearing in a role Spelling created specifically for her. In 2003 she made her return to series television in Jerry Bruckheimer’s “Skin” on FOX and followed it up when she appeared opposite Tim Daly on the ABC private detective series “Eyes.” Most recently, Leighton has made guest star appearances on such series as “CSI: Miami,” “Boston Legal,” “Shark,” “Damages,” and “Law and Order SVU.” In August of 2007, she appeared in the Lifetime Television movie “Love Notes.” She also recently wrapped production on “The Burrowers”, a new horror/thriller from Sony/LionsGate.
