Distinguished Senators are kindly requested to direct their Committee Clerks to submit the reports of their legislative activities and oversight to the Clerk of the Committee on Rules and Business.

2. Table legislative calendars of the Senate showing details of the break (Thursday, June 4h to Monday, 21st June, 2010); Plenary (Tuesday, 22M June to Thursday, 29h July, 2010) and the Annual Vacation (Friday, 3(fh July to Tuesday, 2lfh September, 2010) will be made available this morning for the guidance of distinguished Senators.
