This Petition coming on for Hearing this day, the Court made the following:- O R D E R The learned counsel for the parties state that the matter has been settled. However, a formal joint memo regarding the settlement is to be filed and the learned counsel seek time. 2. It is unnecessary for the matter be listed before the Court for the purpose of recording the joint memo. The statements of the counsel Shri K.B.Narasimha Swamy and Shri H.N.Muralidhar appearing for the respective parties are recorded. The Joint memo shall be filed in the Registry, in due course. 3. The learned counsel Shri H.N.Muralidhar states that the amount in deposit would be withdrawn and the agreed amount would be paid to the respondents. The petitioner is permitted to do so. 7 4. By way of caution, in the event that the petitioner should resile from this undertaking, the respondents are at liberty to move the Court. The petition stands disposed of, in terms of this order.
