1.1.5.5 G200 A pressurized, heated, lockable, lighted baggage compartment (next figure) is located in the center fuselage, aft of the fuselage tank. The compartment is lined with fibreglass overlaid with electric heating panels to maintain a uniform temperature. The compartment design allows complete baggage loading by one crewmember. Internal shelving allows baggage loading at the of the compartment, leaving space for additional bag-gage on the floor.A cargo net prevents cargo from shifting.Cargo is loaded from the left exterior of the air-plane through a door (approximately 35 inches high by 35 inches wide) or ( 0,89m x 0,89m ). The cargo door hinges downward with interior airstairs for easy access. The door handle must be stowed for the aircraft to pressurize.

Cargo Net must be arranged to provide restraint in all directions. Specifications of the only one baggage compartment in G200 are: Max floor load Max floor load Description Max cap, LBS Max cap, Kg 2 2 lbs/ft kg/m Baggage Compartment 1,980 898 126 615 Note: If the baggage compartment interior is not installed (Mod 7074), the baggage compartment is not eligible for use. With Mod 7266 installed, the baggage compartment is eligible for use

1.1.5.7 Load and Loading Restrictions

B757 A careful planning of all activities must be made. 1. All goods must be inspected for leakage or otherwise damaged shipments. 2. All goods must be labelled clearly indicating point of unloading. 3. Mail should not be mixed with cargo. 4. The goods must be properly secured to prevent shifting while the aircraft is in flight. The cargo must be inspected and properly distributed to avoid concentrated weight loads that may damage the aircraft floor structure. It is also important that the aircraft is not damaged by ground equipment while the loading is taking place.

B737 A careful planning of all activities must be made. - All goods must be inspected for leakage or otherwise damaged shipments. - All goods must be labelled clearly indicating point of unloading. - Mail should not be mixed with cargo.

 G550 & G450

The cargo compartment, also referred to as baggage compartment, is located aft of the aircraft passenger compartment.Access is from the passenger compartment through a sliding door or the aircraft exterior via a slide up cargo door. The cargo compartment houses equipment racks and a water storage tank.It is also equipped with cargo nets and lifting devices

G200 1. Whenever the maximum area load is exceeded, the weight must be distributed over a larger area to avoid damage to the aircraft structure underneath the floor (beams, cross beams etc.). 2. Load passengers, baggage and cargo ,ensuring forward or aft cg limits are not exceeded

1.1.5.8 Ground Stability

 B757- 200 & B737-300

All individual items, which by nature, shape or density may constitute a hazard, shall be lashed. Pieces weighing 330Lbs or 150kgs or more, when loaded as bulk in lower compartments should be tied down except when the compartment is volumetrically full. Compartments, which are filled up to three-quarters, are considered to be volumetrically full. Particular attention must be given to lashing of Dangerous Goods. In general, all packages containing Dangerous Goods must be stowed in an upright position if so indicated, have the Hazard label visible, and they must be lashed to prevent themselves from shifting or any crushing, tipping or damage by other load.

G550 & G450 An equipment rack is installed on forward right side of baggage compartment. Enclosed in cabinetry, the rack contains multiple shelves equipped with mounting trays for installation of electronic components .A fan is installed to provide cooling air. A shelf assembly for mounting of the conformal water tank is located on the aft right side of the compartment.

G200 When loading baggage in excee of 440 lb,without passengers , crew and fuel ,ensure that ground handling aft cg limit of 445.787in(50% MAC)is not exceeded.

1.1.6 Thrust Management

1.1.6.1 B757- 200 Reverse thrust shall normally not be used during ground operation, as there is a potential hazard for FOD at low speeds (below 60 kt IAS) even at idle reverse Handling of throttles during ground operation demands sound judgement and technique. The jet blast can cause damage and injuries even at low thrust settings. Aircraft response to throttle movement is slow, particularly at high gross weight

1.1.6.5 G200

Reverse thrust shall normally not be used during ground operation, as there is a potential hazard for FOD at low speeds (below 60 kt IAS) even at idle reverse Handling of throttles during ground operation demands sound judgement and technique. The jet blast can cause damage and injuries even at low thrust settings. Aircraft response to throttle movement is slow, particularly at high gross weight.

• Jet blast effect area To initiate taxiing, advance throttles slowly to not more than approximately 65% N2. After aircraft is in motion, idle thrust will normally cause aircraft to accelerate, therefore periodic braking may be required.
