[email protected] Stirk House- Circular Walk Directions A Walk in the Ribble Valley Countryside * Leave Stirk House by the front entrance at the end of the drive and turn left along the side of the A59 Nature Trail of Grounds—Easy Access & Walking—Approximately 1 mile towards Gisburn Village. (Tramper Available upon prior arrangement) * After 200 yards take the second entry into “Home Farm” sign posted “Public Footpath”. Follow the Tarmac road past the buildings on your left (Which are now offices) and immediately after leaving the farm area, leave the Tarmac Road and follow the fence on your left, all the way up to the Railway fence. Turn right along the railway fence and then cross over the Railway at the first bridge. * On entering the field immediately after crossing the bridge, proceed straight ahead over the brow of the Railway 15 hill and down the steep slope towards the hedge at the bottom.
