LITTER REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Instructions
(1) - Print or type in all fields. A signature for the owner / lessee(s) for both the dam and sire is required.
(2) - Dam and Sire must both be registered with TIMBA. If either is unregistered they must first be registered using the individual registration form. This form can be turned in with the litter registration form.
(3) - Variety, coat color, coat pattern and eye color for each kitten being registered must be provided and selected from the TIMBA approved list in the box below.
(4) - If more than 4 kittens are to be registered continue on a second form.
(5) - Check the 'include pedigree' box for kittens you wish to obtain a pedigree for. Please see Request Pedigree box below for more information.

Request Pedigree
The International Maew Boran Association (TIMBA) offers an official laminated pedigree printed on high quality photo paper (or elephant dung paper upon request) with original graphics representative of the ayutthaya time period when the Smud Khoi of Cats was transcribed. Proceeds for pedigrees printed on elephant dung paper will directly support the elephant conservation center in Chiang Mai www.thailandelephant.org Note: All cats must be registered with TIMBA to obtain a 2 or 3 generation pedigree.
