Re-organization of Health Care

John Living

Executive Summary

The many reports of ‘Out of Body’ experiences, the evidence that Human Beings have Auras, and that we are more than just physical bodies, can no longer be ignored when considering Healing. Our Health Care system has been hijacked by the pharmaceutical companies with the result that physicians prescribe drugs that attempt to deal with symptoms and effects only in the physical dimension – without healing the causes of sickness that are in the non-physical dimensions. Many prescribed drugs have unwanted and injurious side effects – taking more resources and time of physicians, who prescribe more drugs. This means great profits for the pharmaceutical companies at the expense of health authorities; this system is presently enforced by medical associations who discipline physicians and who proscribe those who seek to use non-physical methods of diagnosis and treatment – which would reduce health costs. To be effective in promoting good health for British Columbians, the Government must regain control of the health care system, and include Healers who work in the non-physical dimensions to heal the causes of illness, not just the symptoms.

Re-organization of Health Care

Overview The many reports of ‘Out of Body’ experiences, the evidence that Human Beings have Auras, and that we are more than just physical bodies, can no longer be ignored when considering Healing. Chinese and other eastern healing methods, based on the life forces in living human beings, have been proven to be effective for thousands of years. Native cultures in all places have had Healing methods, using herbs and Spiritual practices including shamanic work. Western of two hundred years ago was rudimentary and ineffective; it has made great advances, developed primarily from examination and study of the deceased. Perhaps Health can be improved when all these methods work together, recognizing that each has a significant role to play. The largest expense of Government Services is Health at 38% of present spending. It is suggested that these costs could be greatly reduced and benefits enhanced by incorporating work into the Health system.

Historical All the early European communities had Healing systems. When the Roman Catholic Church expanded to these communities it incorporated their festivals into the church calendar, assigning different connotations whenever possible. It saw the Spiritual practices of Healers as opposition to be crushed, claiming that all Spiritual work was the domain of the church; those who persisted were burnt as witches. All schools and universities were linked to the church, and the ‘law’ that all things Spiritual were the domain of the church was mandatory; the developments of science were restricted to the physical plane. More recent universities are not so linked directly to religious organizations, but are modeled on the older establishments, and so follow their procedures. This includes the medical schools that have controlled the development of western medicine. New thoughts are welcomed, providing that they follow the accepted thinking of the establishment. Radical thoughts, along different lines, are seen as a threat to the establishment – many methods are utilized to hold them to ridicule and prevent their acceptance. If you want tenure and the use of available resources, you follow the ‘party line’ – so radical new thought is discouraged, stifled to the detriment of the total society. Any advance is subjected to ‘scientific evaluation’. But even science has no understanding of the life forces, cannot prove the existence (or non-existence) of Spiritual Beings, and refuses to accept oft repeated subjective experiences as any sort of evidence. A change is happening. Physicists are finding that sub-atomic particles have a degree of consciousness, that the thoughts of the experimenter affect the experiment; mathematicians have indicated that there are least ten dimensions – including the ones that we know. Even though we use electrical devices and understand how they work, science still does not fully understand the behaviour of individual electrons – they are ‘there’ and then ‘not there’. Sub-atomic particles do not always obey the mathematical laws of the physical dimension. Western Medical Practice Very intelligent young people want to Heal, so they attend medical schools. They become very proficient in understanding the human body – considered as a bio-mechanism, where organs such as kidneys and hearts can be exchanged rather like replacing filters and pumps in a car engine. The well documented cases of heart recipients changing likes and even life styles have not yet led to the acceptance that humans, as Energy Beings, are affected by non-physical energies. Medical students learn to recognize symptoms and diagnose the causes, and to prescribe pharmaceutical drugs to relieve physical pain and attack physical diseases; they are physicians, and excellent at doing their jobs. But they have not been trained to work with the energies that surround and interpenetrate a human body, so are ineffectual in forms of Healing which need these energies to be addressed. Unfortunately the medical associations see Energy Healing as competition for Health Care dollars, as an attempt to by-pass their corporate services, and as a way to undermine their established organizations. It is interesting that in many cases medical students and doctors have to rely on their to correctly link symptoms to causes – especially when the patient is not able to describe problems or when more than one set of symptoms is involved. And yet the medical associations persecute doctors who use simple tools as an aid to accessing their Intuitive abilities. One example is the persecution of Don Brannigan, MD (who was many times Mayor of Whitehorse) by the Yukon Medical Association for using a Pendulum as a Dowsing tool to aid his Intuition. Don won every case, but at great expense. He was not a witch doctor, but the attacks were similar to ‘routing out witchcraft’. Western medical practice is replete with examples of new understandings being ridiculed – and finally accepted years later. Germs were thought non-existent; sterilization was a waste of time. is still not accepted as Healing method for humans – only for animals. Noxious radiations from the earth are ignored by the medical systems of most English speaking countries.

Pharmaceutical Companies About 80% of pharmaceutical drugs are derived from herbal remedies. The difference is that the original herbal remedy has a life force as a plant, whereas the manufactured drugs are just a soup of the chemicals found in the herbal remedies. In some cases toxic chemicals are used to extract the herbal essences, and have an injurious effect on the users. Many vaccines have been made using carriers known to have noxious effects on humans. Side effects of many drugs are well known – other take time to become evident. The acceptance procedures for drugs are subject to great abuse. University researchers who fail to give the expected results may not receive further funding. Unfavourable reports are not submitted in approval applications. There are numerous reports of senior staff in the approval organizations of governments later becoming employed by pharmaceutical drug companies. In a number of countries the contributions from pharmaceutical to political parties and election candidates deter politicians from exercising the needed supervision. Yet the approval by one country often leads to acceptance without further investigation by other countries – especially if the country is very influential. If a person is cured, then no more drugs are needed – is this bad for business ? If side effects occur, then opportunities exist to develop and sell more drugs to patients – via the prescriptions of doctors. Pharmaceutical drug companies are spearheading action by governments to restrict the sale of vitamins and supplements – unless produced under ‘approved conditions’. They recognize that the population is becoming more aware of the advantages of using vitamins and supplements – and want to stifle the present producers, take over the manufacturing, and accrue the profits. The proclaimed protection of consumers is a hoax.

Big Business Pharmaceutical drug companies are not the only example of big business involved in Health Care. The medical associations and unions of nurses and workers in hospitals are also in the business of looking after the interests of their members – the proclaimed interests of patients is not the primary aim, but a ‘face’ that is displayed to the general public. There are many well intentioned organizations that canvas for donations for research into various diseases. How much unemployment would occur if miraculous cures were actually found ? There are numerous reports of simple treatments that cannot obtain the funding for clinical testing. Is this because the treatments are so simple that they cannot be patented and so form a source of profit ? Let us recognize that the major source of all money funneled into Health Care is the taxpayer – who generally is not aware of all the alternatives available, and who may have little understanding of what is involved. It is the responsibility of governments to the taxpayer to ensure that the tax dollars are not just ‘well spent’, but are spent in the most cost effective way – even if such spending is considered by some to be unorthodox.

Available Resources There is a cry that more physicians are needed, especially in remote areas. Is this valid ? Yes, if the current criteria is used. But are there other ways that good Health Care can be provided ? Yes again ! In many remote areas the native Healing methods have not been suffocated by ‘western civilization’ and so are available to be used; funding is required, since most ‘Medicine People’ have to do other jobs instead of using their skills so as to earn money to look after their families. There are many doctors who have qualified in other countries, yet are not ‘recognized’ by the local medical associations; many of these doctors are accustomed to using non-drug methods of Healing – would it not be helpful to pay them as non-prescribing Healers ? If they consider that pharmaceutical drugs are needed, they should be able to refer the patient to a physician. Energy Healers are not given the chance to operate under the Health Care system, except a few nurses who use (and similar labels) when looking after a patient in a ward, and except for some Massage Therapists who incorporate it with the muscular treatments for patients referred by doctors after injury to a limb.

Energy Healers The personal energies of a physician or other Healer, when working with a patient, intermingle with the energy body of the patient. The physician’s energy body gets needed information from that of the patient, and endeavours to pass this information to the physician by way of Intuition – which may not succeed if the physician blocks his Intuitive skills due to beliefs developed in the community or in medical training. Energy Healing has at least two aspects: 1) Working on the energy system within the body, such as the meridians and infestations into muscles by non-physical intruders. 2) Working on the energies of the subtle bodies as described by a person’s auras, and links between this auric energy (and environmental energies) and the body as provided by the Chakras (other dimensional ‘wheels’ that act like microwave aerials and transceivers of energy). 3) A third aspect may be the enhancement of a still yet undefined ‘Life Force’ separate from digestion, normal light, and breathing. Science, in its great wisdom, ignores this type of thing, since it is Spiritual and involves the Soul and Angelic Beings – definitely not in the physical plane, so beyond the limits that science has set for itself. Note that ‘Spiritual’ does not mean ‘religious’ – Spiritual Healing extends beyond any religion, and works with people of many different religious beliefs. It is suggested that when Energy Healers work in harmony with the physicians, surgeons, nurses, and others within the existing Health Care system, all will benefit.

The Human Body Atoms are made of sub-atomic particles; similar sub-atomic particles combine in different ways to form the various elements and compounds in molecules – which are the components of all of our cells. So we are ‘All the Same’ – as other humans, animals, plants, and inorganic matter. We are all made of these same sub-atomic particles, doing different ‘dances’ (vibrational patterns) at various speeds to form all that is in the physical domain - and probably in other planes of existence, in other dimensions. Experimental work with diseases has shown conclusively that each disease has its own distinctive vibrational pattern – and that there are other vibrational patterns that can be sent to that disease to nullify its effect. This is the principle behind , Radionics, and the use of thought and ‘hands-on Healing’ to send such a remedial vibrational pattern to the sufferer. The normal practice of medicine is primarily concerned with the prescription of pharmaceutical drugs to send such a remedial vibrational pattern physically, instead of sending it by way of direct energy work - which avoids unwanted noxious side effects. A major difference is in the timing of illness – it has been demonstrated in many ways that the vibrational patterns of a disease can be located and identified in the auric subtle bodies of a person before any physical illness manifests. Such identification with corrective action being taken at this time can eliminate the actual occurrence of the disease in the physical body – so avoiding reduction on work efficiency, loss of work time, costs of visits to physicians, the spending of money to purchase drugs, and reducing the need for hospitalization. This not only saves tax dollars, but improves the efficiency of the work force –so enabling more wealth to accrue to the benefit of the total society. Most beliefs incorporate the idea that ‘we have a Soul’ - and perhaps that this Soul is mainly concerned with an ‘afterlife’. Religious organizations promote the idea that they are the main interface between a human, the Soul, and the ‘God Energy’. It is probably more correct that the total Human Being is a Soul (and Energy Being in its ‘own right’) that is having an experience in a human body – and that the Soul has senses that are not necessarily confined to those of the human body. Since it is recognized that everything is energy (that matter is energy ‘wrapped up as a form’) the ability exists for energies to communicate. This communication often manifests as Intuition – when the Soul senses work with the normal senses of a human body, resulting in the input of a thought, a visual representation, a feeling, a knowing, and the manipulation of the nervous-muscular system to give signals It follows that a Healer that is best able to communicate with the total energies of a patient is more likely to be able to determine the causes and existence of vibrational patterns that are potential or present sources of illness, and identify the remedial actions needed to be taken. The Intuitive skills of such a Healer can be enhanced by adapting the manipulation of the nervous-muscular system to include tools – in the same way that the output of a radio or music player is amplified by a loud speaker. This includes the use of Pendulums and other Dowsing tools – Dowsing is really just the amplification of Intuitive signals that have been defined to have assigned meanings, including the special ability to point to the location of a particular item such as on or around a body, in a list, or shown graphically. It is important to realize that information needs to have context. A Healer who has good knowledge of the total ‘Beingness’ of a patient is best able to understand the meaning of information and how it should be used. Such knowledge includes the physical body, the energy systems within the physical body (which may not be physical themselves), and the subtle energies that surround the physical body. It is rare for all this knowledge to be available in any one Healer – our Physicians are experts in the working of the human body in the physical dimension, Acupuncturists know the system of the meridians, and clairvoyant Intuitives can best relate to the changes of energy in the subtle bodies. The most effective Healing comes when the different types of Healers work together in a harmonious way, recognizing that all modalities are valid, and that each Healer has an important part to play in the total Healing. A major problem exists at this time: the medical profession is not working harmoniously with other Healers. Outline of a Future Health Care System 1. Each Medicare subscriber is assigned (preferably by choice) to a Medical Intuitive. This term includes all Intuitive modalities – including Dowsing. Since Intuition is not distance bound, and it has been proven that a photograph, a blood sample, or a piece of hair can act as a ‘witness’ to link to the current health of a patient, the Medical Intuitive can ‘scan’ for problems each month (without the patient having to be present) and if a problem is identified then alerts the patient to the need for attention and advises which Healing modality is required – perhaps suggesting such a Healer, and informing that Healer of the potential problem. If a patient feels unwell at any time, they should refer to the Medical Intuitive immediately. 2. Reception at a Medical Emergency clinic should be by a Medical Intuitive - to give a quickly identify any problems – especially important if the patient is unconscious, in case the perceived problem is hiding another major problem, and in case more than one problem is involved. The Medical Intuitive advises which Healing modality is required and the degree of urgency, so that Hospital staff and facilities can be quickly and correctly assigned to the patient 3. The use of ‘Hands-on Healing’, ‘Therapeutic Touch’, Meridian work, Chakra clearing, Auric cleansing, Homeopathy, and the use of non-pharmaceutical vibrational should be priorities – the use of pharmaceutical drugs (including vaccines) to be reduced to a minimum. 4. All medicines should be assessed for the individual patient using Dowsing / Kinesiological methods – to check that the vibration is correct, the strengths and dosages to be most effective, and that no side effects will result. 5. A comprehensive centralized record system for ALL HEALING (including the present medical system) should be implemented, with access by all Healers using their ‘Healers Code’ and the ‘Care Card’ of the patient. This will enable Healers to have access to patient history, and allow full evaluation of the effectiveness of different Healers and the various modalities, so that tax dollars can be spent in the most cost effective way. 6. A similar comprehensive record should be established for the various Healers themselves, available to the public, with gradings assigned by the Health Care system based on their proven record. This would be open for all ‘new’ Healers to gain an entry; as the system matures some prerequisites may be required – and this would be so at the start for modalities that are currently represented by an association, which would then be self-regulatory. It may be best in the public interest to restrict registry entry to Healers that are members so governed by such an association – and to encourage such associations to be formed. 7. The Ministry of Health must not be dominated by members of any one modality to the detriment of other modalities. 8. It may prove best that hospitals are controlled by nursing staff, not doctors. At present insufficient ‘respect and authority’ accrues to nursing staff. Let doctors do doctoring, not administration.

Implementation Item 2 above, reception at a Medical Emergency clinic by a Medical Intuitive, can (and should) be implemented immediately. Item 5 above, a comprehensive centralized record system for ALL HEALING, should be implemented urgently, so that cost effectiveness of existing procedures can be determined and to form a base for extended use. Item 3 above, the incorporation of other modalities into the Health Care system, requires funding for such Healing to be made available. Payment similar to that for nurses may be suitable. All other suggestions will require patience – especially since most issues are not understandable by the general public. It is suggested that test areas be established (initially on a small scale) so that problems can be identified and corrections made. The largest problem is negative reaction from pharmaceutical drug companies and medical associations. It is the responsibility of Government to handle this issue with determination, acting for all taxpayers.
