Susan Berry, Director, Sanford Telemedicine, Enterprise Director of Telehealth Services, Sanford Health. In her role as Telehealth Director, Susan has responsibility for all telehealth activities for Sanford Health.

She has 25 years of experience in various roles in the healthcare IT field. Susan started her career in cardiovascular services for a tertiary medical center. From there she transitioned into healthcare IT and has held roles in product development, education and training, Six Sigma and Global Product Management for GE Healthcare IT, FUJIFILM Medical Systems and now Sanford Health.

Susan is a member of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA), Center for Telehealth and e-Health Law (CTeL) and sits on the Great Plains Telehealth Resource and Assistance Center Program Advisory Council (gpTRAC PAC).

Susan holds a MBA degree from Colorado Technical University, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sioux Falls and is a registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist.

Susan is a native of . She enjoys spending time with family and friends at her lake cabin, reading and cooking. She currently resides in Sioux Falls, SD with her husband Christopher.

Jeffrey Leichter Ph.D., L.P., born and raised in Long Beach, CA., received an undergraduate degree in biological sciences from the University of , Irvine and a doctorate in clinical psychology from Alliant University in Los Angeles. He completed a two-year fellowship in health psychology at Michigan State University. He was director of behavioral medicine at National Rehabilitation in Washington D.C. before joining Sanford Health in 1990. He has worked for the past 27 years in a rural primary care clinic in Detroit Lakes, where he has collaborated closely in integrated practice with family medicine, internal medicine, and OB-GYN physicians and advanced practice providers. More recently, he has accepted the role of Lead Administrator for Behavioral Health Integration at Sanford in which he oversees the enterprise initiative to integrate behavioral health clinicians into ambulatory, team based care settings. He also directs Sanford’s recently launched Mental Health First Aid training initiative, designed to increase the ability of all Sanford employees to recognize and respond to mental health emergencies.

Dr. Leichter is licensed as a psychologist in Minnesota, Arizona, and Michigan. He is certified by the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology and holds the Certificate of Professional Qualification from the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards. He is a member of the Minnesota Psychological Association and the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association. In 2010 he was appointed by then Governor Pawlenty to serve on the Minnesota Board of Psychology and was re- appointed in 2014 by Governor Dayton. He has served as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Board. His professional interests include integrated primary care/behavioral health, rural practice, and professional ethics and decision-making.

Current Position: Senior Executive Director Ambulatory Nursing and Clinical Services, Education Including Degree and Institution and Professional Experience:

Brittany Montecuollo, RN MS CJCP, has more than 13 years of nursing experience in clinical and administrative settings. Her experience ranges from Skilled Nursing, Emergency Nursing Services, Nursing Faculty, and leadership roles in Regulatory Services.

In her current role, Brittany serves as the nursing leader for Sanford Clinic. This involves the oversight of 289 clinics. Brittany collaborates closely with market nursing executives to set the highest standards of nursing and professional practice within Sanford Clinic. Primary care redesign and building effective clinical teams is a focus of this role.

Prior to serving in her current role, Brittany led system wide administrative leadership and oversight for Accreditation and Certification Services, Infection Prevention, Policy Strategy, and Emergency Management for Sanford Health.

Brittany is a Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP). She received a Masters in Nursing Leadership from Walden University in Minneapolis Minnesota and is currently pursuing a Doctor in Nursing Practice with an emphasis in leadership.

Jennifer Raum M.D., Chair, Internal Medicine Residency, Jennifer Raum, MD, is a graduate of the University of School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She completed her internal medicine training at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., and was named chief resident for ambulatory medicine.

Dr. Raum joined Sanford Health in 2007 where she is Service Chair for Internal Medicine and Medical Director for Clinic Services. As core faculty for the University of North Dakota’s internal medicine residency program, she teaches and coaches residents in the ambulatory setting. In addition to clinical duties, Dr. Raum works alongside her administrative colleagues on various enterprise-wise projects to improve and transform the delivery of patient care.
