Variant forms of parish name Boyounagh was Williamstown, Glenamaddy and Boyounagh and Glenamaddy all part of the Archdiocese of Tuam in County Galway. No baptismal entry found for Thomas Collins after Irish birth index entry helped to further verify and prove he was born on the 20th of August 1875.

Genealogist reviewed another possible parish of interest Templetoher that was part of the Archdiocese of Tuam in County Galway that had a variant form of parish name referred to as Williamstown. No baptismal registrations are available from the year 1875 only from the years 1858-1872.
