    COMUNICADO OFICIAL N.: 549 DATA: 14/06/2019 PROCESSOS SUMÁRIOS Para conhecimento dos Sócios Ordinários, Clubes, Sociedades Desportivas e demais interessados, pelo presente se informa que o Conselho de Disciplina – Secção Não Profissional – desta Federação, em reunião restrita de hoje, deliberou aplicar as sanções constantes do mapa anexo. Às notificações agora efetuadas é aplicável, entre outros preceitos regulamentares, o disposto nos n.os 2, 9 e 10 do artigo 225.º e no artigo 38.º, n.os 1 e 2, todos do Regulamento Disciplinar. As sanções de multa deverão ser liquidadas nos termos do artigo 26.º n.º 1 do Regulamento Disciplinar. As decisões do Conselho de Disciplina da Federação Portuguesa de Futebol – Secção Não Profissional –, em formação restrita, são impugnáveis por via de recurso para o pleno dessa mesma Secção, nos termos do artigo 257.º, n.º 1 do RDFPF. O referido recurso é interposto por meio de requerimento devidamente fundamentado dirigido ao Presidente do Conselho de Disciplina e apresentado no prazo de 5 (cinco) dias úteis (artigo 257.º, n.º 2, do RDFPF). De acordo com o artigo 256.º do RDFPF, todos os procedimentos disciplinares estão sujeitos a custas, nos termos fixados no Regimento do Conselho de Disciplina da FPF.
