Reporting Without Borders This e-magazine is part of an eTwinning project entitled “Reporting Without Borders” involving students from three European countries: Romania, Poland and France; Romanian students from the Grupul Scolar "Dr Mihai Ciuca", Saveni, Polish students from Zespół Szkół nr 1 w Pszczynie, Pszczyna, and French students from Lycée Marguerite Yourcenar, Morangis. From January to April 2011, the students cooperated to write an e-magazine: they got to know one another, selected some themes they were interested in, eXchanged in various ways around the topics selected (and other things too!), then organized the information collected and wrote some articles together. The goals of the project were multiple: promote intercultural education and European citizenship of course, but also encourage the practice and use of English as a foreign language through a creative and entertaining process, and foster cooperative work, team work and the effective use of collaborative tools online. It was above all an opportunity to escape school boundaries: “get out of the classroom”, cross borders and learn differently! Enjoy! Cristina, Lucyna, Claudine the teachers.
