DAY 1: USA – PRAGUE • Depart on an overnight flight to Prague.

DAY 2: PRAGUE (WD) • Arrive in Prague. Pass through immigration and collect your luggage to go through customs. You will be met outside of customs by your Classical Movements Tour Director. • Enjoy an Orientation Tour of Prague. • Lunch on your own. • Check-in to the hotel. • Welcome Dinner. • Overnight in Prague. Travel Day 3

DAY 3: PRAGUE (B, D) • Breakfast at the hotel. • Enjoy a guided tour of Prague including the Castle District, Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral, the Lesser Quarter (Mala Strana), the Charles Bridge, the Old Town and the Astronomical Clock. • Lunch on your own. • Acoustic rehearsal and sound check. • CONCERT I: Possible concert in Prague at St. Nicholas Church, Synagogue, or another venue. • Group dinner. • Overnight in Prague. DAY 4: PRAGUE (B, L) • Breakfast at the hotel. • Unlock the mysteries of Josefov, Prague's intriguing Jewish quarter, on this guided tour. The tour visits the Old-New Synagogue, the oldest still-functioning synagogue in Europe, the haunting Jewish Cemetery and the Jewish Museum, among other important sites. Learn about the long and intriguing history of the Jewish quarter. • Group lunch. • Free time to explore on your own. • Dinner on your own. • Overnight in Prague. Travel Day 5

DAY 5: PRAGUE – KUTNA HORA - PRAGUE (B, D) • Breakfast at the hotel. • Run out and discover the silver mining town of Kutná Hora on this day trip from Prague. One of the Czech Republic's most popular destinations, Kutná Hora was significant during medieval times. Visit the famous Sedlec Ossuary (known as the “bone chapel”), which is decorated with 40,000 human skeletons, and the St. Barbara Church. Also, learn about the city’s important silver mines. • Lunch on your own. • Acoustic rehearsal and sound check. • CONCERT II: Possible concert in Kutna Hora or another town outside Prague. • Group Dinner. • Overnight in Prague. DAY 6: PRAGUE – TEREZIN – PRAGUE (B, L) • Breakfast at the hotel. • Take a humbling lesson in the horrors of World War II's Holocaust on this day trip to Terezin from Prague by bus. Discover the former Nazi deportation camp where Jewish prisoners used to be transported, a converted 18th-century fortress where many thousands died at the hands of the Nazis. Tour the barracks and compound of the Main Fortress; visit the museum, cemetery and columbarium; and learn how the Nazis presented the camp as a lively Jewish community to dupe official Red Cross observers. • Group lunch. • Possible Informal Performance at Terezin. • Return to Prague. • Dinner on your own. • Overnight in Prague. DAY 7: PRAGUE – CESKY KRUMLOV – PRAGUE (B, D) • Breakfast at the hotel. • Explore the UNESCO-listed town of Cesky Krumlov on this day trip from Prague. Travel through the scenic Bohemian countryside to arrive in the medieval town. See the church of St. Vitus, the historic town center and the Cesky Krumlov Castle, dating back to 1240. • Lunch on your own. • Acoustic rehearsal and sound check. • CONCERT III: Possible concert in Cesky Krumlov or another town. • Group dinner. • Return to Prague. • Overnight in Prague. DAY 8: PRAGUE – KARLOVY VARY – PRAGUE (B, D) • Breakfast at the hotel. • Visit the world-famous spa town of Karlovy Vary on this full-day trip from Prague. Admire the Bohemian landscapes as you travel by coach from Prague to Karlovy Vary, and discover the many attractions of the town, sometimes known by the German name of Karlsbad or Carlsbad. Visit the Moser glass factory, where beautiful crystal ware is made; admire the elegant spa colonnades and fountains, and sample some of the reputedly curative waters, light spa wafers and some of Karlovy’s legendary herbal liqueur. • Lunch on your own. • CONCERT IV: Possible concert in Karlovy Vary or another town. • Return to Prague. • Dinner on your own. • Overnight in Prague. The following concert, artistic, press, promotion, travel, accommodations, meals and services are included in the price.

• Round trip airfare from Washington, DC to/from Prague. We included a budget of $900.00 per person for the airfare which is subject to change based on final airfare costs. We are able to obtain group quote requests 11 months prior to departure. While the net base fare is often guaranteed, the government and carrier imposed passenger facility charges, security and custom charges, immigration charges, domestic and/or international taxes, federal excise taxes, fees, surcharges, levies, and any other charges are not guaranteed and are subject to increase. The Organization is responsible any increases in airfare costs. • Eight (8) nights of twin and partly triple room accommodations including all taxes and service charges at 3 star hotels based on the final itinerary. • Eight (8) breakfasts at the hotels. • Customized tour app to view your trip details including accommodations, transportation, activities, daily tour itinerary, travel guides, performance and cultural event details, trip journal, and other helpful travel tools, maps and more. • Two (2) free spaces based on a minimum of thirty (30) paying tour participants (maximum of four (4) free spaces) sharing twin room accommodations including all taxes and service charges at 3 star tourist class hotels based on the final itinerary. The non-paying participants will remain responsible for all costs listed in exclusions, below. The Organization and the free spaces are responsible for any increases in airfare costs. • Classical Movements fee Exclusions

The following travel, accommodations, meals and services are not included in the price and must be paid separately in full by the Organization or individual members of the touring party.

• The Organization is responsible for any increases in airfare costs for all travelers including the free spaces. • Increases in the contract price due to changes in the exchange rate. • Checked baggage, carry-on baggage, and associated fees. • Changes in flight schedule, delays or cancellations. Classical Movements will assist to provide alternatives and minimize any costs resulting from changes made by the scheduled airline; however, any costs (e.g. hotel, meals and transport) resulting from forced overnights or changes in the reserved flights are the responsibility of the Organization. • Instrument rentals and transportation. • Porterage at the airport and hotel. Porterage/luggage handling costs are not included in the contract price; however, if the Organization would like for Classical Movements to arrange for a porter or luggage handler at any time, the Organization will advise Classical Movements, and Classical Movements will add porterage costs to the contract price as requested. • Personal items. Items of a personal nature such as: laundry and telephone calls are not included in the contract price. • Meals not included in final itinerary, including meals at airports and on flights. Exclusions Continued

• Airport and airline meals and snacks. If airlines do not offer complimentary meals, snacks, and/or beverages, the Organization is responsible for the cost of purchased meals, snacks, or beverages. These services along with payment options vary by airline. Classical Movements will advise the Organization after the airline is booked and again prior to departure date as the options are subject to change. • Special meals/dietary restrictions. Classical Movements will try to accommodate requests for special dietary needs whenever possible; however, alternative options may not be available or may cost significantly more, resulting in a surcharge. • Cost of obtaining a passport. The passport should be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the period of stay. Classical Movements is not responsible for ensuring that the travelers comply with the entry and exit requirements of each destination country and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattained passports. • Cost of obtaining a visa, entry fees or exit fees. For further information concerning entry and exit requirements, travelers should contact the local embassy for each destination country. Foreign nationals are subject to different requirements than U.S. Citizens. The requirements and fees are subject to change. Classical Movements is not responsible for ensuring that Organization touring members comply with the entry and exit requirements of each destination country and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattained visas, entry fees or exit fees. Exclusions Continued

• Cost of a work permit. If a work permit is required, the Organization will be responsible for the entirety of the fees. • Water at rehearsals and concerts. Water is not included for rehearsals and concerts in the contract price; however, if the Organization would like for Classical Movements to arrange for water during the tour, the Organization must advise Classical Movements, and Classical Movements will add water expenses to the contract price as requested. • Translation expenses. Translation expenses for the Organization and conductor resumes and other promotional materials (“Materials”) typically are $300-400 USD, but Classical Movements cannot guarantee prices until it has received all Materials from the Organization. The Organization may provide all Materials in foreign languages as needed at its option, provided that all materials are grammatically sound and appropriate for publishing. • Transportation of persons, baggage and instruments in the USA. • Performing rights fees, copyright fees, and/or royalties per each concert. Classical Movements will inform the Organization of any such fees when known.

Exclusions Continued

• Classical Movements requires each participant to have a travel protection plan for the duration of the tour. Travel protection plans with and without trip cancellation coverage are widely available and should be chosen based on each participant’s specific travel needs. Classical Movements offers Travelex 360º group travel protection plans. Travelers who would like to opt in to the $0 trip cost base plan (includes Trip Interruption but not Trip Cancellation) will pay $28.00 per person for Student Groups. Additionally, travelers can opt in to a plan with trip cancellation (the premium is based on the total trip cost). We will send you a separate email and quote. Please note that we were able to include this in your last tour but regulations no longer allow us to do so. This must be offered and billed separately. Insurance
