Viewing the Mobile App Preview links using Google Chrome Device Simulator Mobile App Preview Links are best viewed in the Google Chrome browser using the Device Toolbar in Developer Tools.

Note: Some features of your app may not function as expected when viewed through this preview method. Some features are only available when using the full version of the app on a mobile device.

Follow the instructions below to properly view your mobile app preview link:

1. If you don’t have Google Chrome installed on your machine, download it here:

https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

2. Install, and then open Google Chrome.

3. Copy and Paste your mobile app preview link into the Google Chrome address bar.

4. Right‐click your mouse anywhere on the screen and select “Inspect Element” (it may just say “Inspect”).

5. The developer window will then open. In the developer window on the right side of your screen, look toward the top left for the icon that looks like this:

When you hover your mouse over it will pop up and say “Toggle Device Toolbar”. It will be black when you first open Developer Tools so click it and it will turn blue.

6. Then on the left hand side of your screen the display will change to a mobile device simulator. At the top of the left window, use the dropdown to select a mobile device type.

Note: When selecting the device size, pictured below, the resulting display may not always accurately reflect the exact display as it will be on the device of your choosing due to potential differences in app formatting and device parameters.

7. Once you’ve selected this, refresh the page and the app will load into the chosen device screen size.

1. On your mobile device, open your browser app (Google Chrome app recommended).

2. Paste your mobile app preview link into the address bar in the browser app.

3. The page will automatically load in mobile view.

You can add the app to your home screen from here if you like - depending on your device, you can click the icon in the bottom (iPhone) or use the three dots menu (Android).
