For the second year running Newham tops the table for price growth. This year prices in Newham increased by 24%; up from 16% last year. The areas characterised by significant regeneration, such as Croydon and Barking and Dagenham, are recording price rises of 18% and 17%, which is well above the average rate of 12%.
