This change affects Marshallese college students unable to finish degrees, graduating seniors from four Ebeye high schools and outer island schools and the number of young Marshallese qualified for em- ployment on Kwajalein. “We were getting the go ahead to do the report required to reopen the school until Wayne’s visit in mid-January to California,” said Jonathon Cassel, CMI Gugeegue’s former academic dean.
