COMMUNITY SERVICES 2016 ANNUAL REPORT

Every year, each department in the city submits an annual report of their activities to the Mayor. Some of the information shared about Community Services included:

From April 1 to December 31, 2016, 455 individuals came to the Dwyer Center, for a total of 6,662 visits. These visits range from just one time to 115 times in that six month period. We also received more tan

$10,000 in programming support by working with area agencies and facilities.

6,463 rides were provided to seniors in 2016

2,677 Meals on Wheels were delivered by volunteers in 2016

+35 families and individuals were helped by Community Services in 2016. This in- cluded financial aid, counseling, APS refer- rals, trips to the ER, and arranging respite care
