GWIN, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE: On January 1, 2012, Petitioner Robert Wilson filed a petition for a writ of habeas relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2254.1 With his petition, Wilson seeks relief from the judgment and sentence that the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas imposed following Wilson’s 2008 conviction for a December 1993 murder.2 On June 1, 2016, Magistrate Judge Kenneth S. McHargh filed a Report and Recommendation that recommended the Court dismiss the Petitioner’s writ in its entirety.3 On July 15, 2016, Petitioner Wilson filed objections, but only on grounds for relief one, two, and four.
