Ê Singled in the sixth to mark his second three-hit game of 2018, and is batting .293/.331/.603 (34-for-116) with 10 HR and 24 RBI in 29 games since July 11. RYAN O’HEARN: Hit a pinch-hit HR in the ninth, the Royals’ second pinch-hit HR in the last 14 days (also: Whit Merrifield on Aug. 2 in Chicago), after not having one in the previous three years (previous: Erik Kratz on Aug. 18, 2014 at Minnesota)…he’s the fourth Royal to hit a pinch-hit HR within his first 10 career games, joining: Larry Sutton (Aug. 28, 1997), Rod Myers (Sept. 12, 1996) and Jamie Quirk (Sept. 20, 1975).
