Supplement Exhibit WUPX-TV Richmond, Kentucky Facility ID Supplement Exhibit WUPX-TV Richmond, Kentucky Facility ID: 23128 Attached are four maps submitted with the Construction Permit modification showing the gain and loss areas for this application. Figure 1 and its Population Data chart show a gray area (the small aqua shaded region in the northeast) of 506 persons based on ION’s proposed facilities and the current licensed facilities of other licensed stations. Figure 2 and its Population Data chart shows that after construction of the all stations’ currently authorized repack facilities, the gray area shrinks to 143 persons. Also Figures 3 and 4 and their Population Data charts show ION’s proposed facility will eliminate a gray area (the aqua shaded region to the southwest) covering 9994 persons. Organizations can use mass media outlets to change social conditions and encourage political and social intervention. When working with the media, advocates should ‘shape’ their story to incorporate social themes rather than solely focusing on individual accountability. “Develop a story that personalizes the injustice and then provide a clear picture of who is benefiting from the condition.” (Wallack et al., 1999) Merely stating that there is a problem provides no ‘call to action’ for the public. Therefore, advocates should identify a specific solution that would allow communities to take control of the issue. Sexual violence is a public health concern of social injustices. Effective Media Campaigns Local, regional or statewide campaigns can provide a forum for prevention, outreach and raising awareness to create social change. This toolkit will enhance advocates’ abilities to utilize the media for campaigns and other events. Campaigns can include: public service announcements (PSAs), awareness events (Take Back the Night; The Clothesline Project), media interviews, coordinated events at area schools or college campuses, position papers, etc.

Rob Portman, Recovery Ohio Director Alisha Nelson, and Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) Director Lori Criss today to announce grants totaling $76,534,000 for new strategic efforts combatting Ohio’s drug crisis in local communities. The grants, which represent a portion of Ohio’s overall share of $96 million in federal State Opioid Response (SOR) 2.0 funding, come at a time when many communities are seeing a spike in demand for behavioral health services amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. OhioMHAS will grant $58,884,000 directly to local county alcohol, drug addiction and mental health services boards and their community partners. The Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) for State Prisoners Program, administered by OCJS, allows local and state governments to provide residential substance abuse treatment for incarcerated inmates; prepares individuals for reintegration into the communities from which they came by incorporating reentry planning activities into treatment programs; and assists individuals and their communities through the reentry process through the delivery of community-based treatment and other broad-based aftercare services.

    The AT&T contracts with programmers for the content displayed on U-verse TV service periodically expire, or may be terminated, but are usually re-negotiated or extended with no interruption or change for our U-verse members. Additionally, from time to time it is necessary to change channel line-ups as well as television package contents. The programming changes set forth below may occur as follows: July 2019 As previously noticed, the AT&T contract with the programmer for the following channels is set to expire. While these channels will continue to be available to U-verse members so long as AT&T has the rights to carry them, if a reasonable agreement cannot be reached with the programmer the programming will no longer be available. Lauderdale Designated Market Area (the “Miami-Ft. Lauderdale DMA” or the “DMA”) that were previously deleted from the Station’s television market by virtue of a series of market modification decisions released in 1996 and 1997. SBS seeks recognition that the Communities located in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties form an integral part of WSBS-TV’s natural market. The elimination of the Communities prior to SBS’s ownership of the Station cannot diminish WSBS-TV’s longstanding service to the Communities, to which WSBS-TV provides significant locally-produced news and public affairs programming targeted to residents of the Communities, and where the Station has developed many substantial advertising relationships with local businesses throughout the Communities within the Miami-Ft. Cable operators have obviously long recognized that a clear nexus exists between the Communities and WSBS-TV’s programming because they have been voluntarily carrying WSBS-TV continuously for at least a decade and continue to carry the Station today.
