Hosted by and former Bachelor contestant , the series begins with 19 of the most unforgettable people from past seasons of the Bachelor franchise, living together in the Bachelor mansion. Each week they'll compete in challenges to win immunity and the opportunity to go on a date with the contestants of their choice. At the end of each episode, the contestants will vote amongst themselves to determine which cast members will be eliminated from the competition. In the series premiere, the competition gears up as the 19 participants move into the mansion to meet their fellow competitors. Dating in the Dark( s/ABC): Monday, August 9 at 10:00pm ET/PT (9:00pm CT, 11:00pm MT) ***Season Premiere*** Hosted by Rossi Morreale, Dating in the Dark is a sexy social experiment asking the age-old question, “Is Love Blind?”. Each week three new single men and three new single women, all looking for love, will live in separate wings of a house and remain totally sequestered from the opposite sex. While they’ll have no chance of seeing each other in the light, they will have the opportunity to date in a completely dark room. The participants won’t be able to see anything, but the audience will get to see everything first hand with the help of high-tech infrared cameras. After several days of wooing in complete darkness, the participants will select one of their dates to be revealed in the light. After they see each other for the first time, they’ll have to make the ultimate decision… to stay with the person they fell for in the dark, or to move on. In the premiere episode the participants are given some clues about each other. Then, each participant will work with a professional sketch artist to try to envision their favourite date.
