IN EXERCISE of the powers vested in him by section 13 of the Forests Ordinance, the High Commissioner is pleased to declare CaP• Gl• and it is hereby declared that the forest reserves and parts of forest reserves described in the schedule to this Order shall be closed forest areas. The boundaries of the forest reserves and parts of forest reserves hereby declared to be closed forest areas are demarcated by num• bered rock marks consisting of iron bolts concreted into the rocks, and land marks consisting of angle irons concreted into the ground and notice boards bearing the inscription "Closed Forest Area" in English, Arabic and Hebrew. Whitewashed loose stone cairns are erected at the boundary marks to make the boundaries con• spicuous and visible. SCHEDULE. Name of area : Jabal Sasha. Approximate area in metric dunums : 1,184. Position : A part of Jebel Sasha Forest Reserve No. 237, proclaimed in the proclamation No. 5 of 1935, published in the Gazette No. 497 of the 7th March, 1935, within the boundaries of Nazareth, Ain Mahil and Iksal villages, Nazareth Sub-Dis• trict. — 365 — 366 Boundaries North : Stinting from a notice board situated at rock mark 14/N on the eastern side of Wadi el-Mathuma, the boundary proceeds south-eastward through rock mark 13/N as far as rock mark 12/N; thence eastward through rock mark 11/N as far as rock mark 10/N; thence north-eastward through rock marks 9/N, 8/N, 7/N, 6/N and 5/N as far as rock mark 4/N situ• ated in a shallow wadi known as Sha'b Suweid; thence along Sha'b Suweid through rock marks 3/N and 2/N as far as a notice board situated at the meeting of Sha'b Suweid and Wadi Fashara• East From the above-mentioned meeting point, the boundary pro• ceeds southward along Wadi Fashara as far as a notice board situated at rock mark 15/a/s. South From the above-mentioned notice board the boundary pro• ceeds south-westward through rock marks 16/S and 17/S as far as rock mark 49/S; thence north-westward in a straight line as far as the south-western corner of a dry stone fence surrounding the Forest Ghaffir's Station; thence westward as far as a notice board situated on a prominent rock over• looking Wadi el-Mathuma; thence north-westward as far as a cave known as Mugharat el-Mathuma situated on the west• ern side of Wadi el-Mathuma. West : From the above-mentioned cave the boundary proceeds north• eastward along the Wadi el-Mathuma as far as the notice board situated at rock mark ;14/N. The area is surrounded bv:a barbed wire fence. Name of area : Yafa. Approximate area in metric dunums : 388. Position : A part of Yafa Forest Reserve No. 230 proclaimed in the pro• clamation No. 1 of 1934, published in the Gazette No. 413 of — 367 — the 11th January, 1934, within the boundaries of Yafa village, Nazareth Sub-District. Boundaries : The area is surrounded by a barbed wire fence. North : Starting from a notice board situated at the track leading from Yafa village to the plain, the boundary proceeds north• eastward along a barbed wire fence through rock marks 9/Y, 8/Y, 7/Y, 6/Y, and 5/Y as far as rock mark 4/Y situated in Wad-el-Kharji. East: From rock mark 4/Y the boundary proceeds southward along the Wad-el-Kharji which forms a common boundary between the Yafa and the Dahr Abu 'Abdullah Forest Reserves as far as rock mark 25/Y. South : From rock mark 25/Y the boundary proceeds westward along a barbed wire fence through rock marks 24/Y, 23/Y and 22/Y as far as a notice board situated at the track leading from Yafa village to the plain. West : From the above-mentioned notice board the boundary pro• ceeds northward along a barbed wire fence as far as a notice board situated at the track leading from Yafa village to the plain. Name of area : Jabal el-Qafze. Approximate area in metric dunums : 319. Position : A part of Jabal el-Qafze Forest Reserve No. 206 proclaimed in the proclamation dated the 24th June, 1932, under the Forests Ordinance published in the Gazette No. 310 of the 1st July, 1932, about 2 kilometres from Nazareth town, out• side the municipal boundaries. Boundaries North : Starting from rock mark 3/A situated in Wad el-Haj the boundary proceeds eastward as far as a notice board situated near trigonometrical point T.83; thence it proceeds south• eastward as far as rock mark 4/K. East: From rock mark 4/K the boundary proceeds southward as far as a notice board situated at land mark 5/K. South From the above notice board the boundary proceeds westward along the foot of the hill through land mark 6/K and rock mark P.28 as far as a notice board situated at Wad el-Haj. — 368 — West: From the above notice board the boundary proceeds north• ward along Wad el-Haj as far as rock mark 3/A. IN VIRTUE of the powers vested in me by section 10 of the regulations made by the High Commissioner (Emergency Regulations, 1936) under the Palestine Defence Orders in Council, 1931 and 1936, I, MORRIS BAILEY, Acting District Commissioner, Haifa and Samaria District, do hereby order that the Curfew Order issued by me on the 14th January, 1938, imposing curfew in the municipal area of Shefa 'Amr town together with the village lands of Shefa 'Amr in the Haifa Rural Sub-District, between the hours of 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. daily, shall be revoked as from the date hereof.
